Street parking was very full so had to park one street away but promenade and restaurants are all within walking distance so no need to move the car after securing a spot."

"Terrible. Mold and damp on the walls. Clear water damage. Mold on the windows. As soon as you walk in the room its so damp the air feels thick. Please avoid. I booked 2 nights here but couldnt stay because of how unfit for purpose the rooms are. I got told they will personally contact me for refund details within 24 hours. Its been 2 days of radio silence. Please avoid if your health is your priority."

"A true gem of a hotel. A beautiful and comfortable room. They clearly take pride in what they do and we're so friendly and always happy to recommend where to go. The breakfast was delicious with clearly very good quality ingredients. We can't wait to return for anothwr stay."

"My single room although small was very clean, including the bathroom. The only downside was that the walls are thin and I could hear someone snoring in the next room! All the staff, reception and breakfast staff, were very friendly and helpful. Overall I would really recommend this hotel. It is on the seafront and good value. Breakfast is extra but there was a good choice and was well cooked."

"Whilst I would not call it a five star hotel. It is an excellent location and place to stay. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The place is clean. The food is great. The sea view from the room was excellent. The cigar lounge is an excellent spot. Breakfast is served hot with a few choices and made to your liking. We highly recommend this hotel"

"Very quirky b and b with a warm welcome and a good breakfast - have stayed here several times and always a good experience!"

"No reception staff as normally understood. We weren't welcomed but were told no storage for bags when we checked out! And told the time and no one would be there!!! Outside needed improving , Hall area needed painting. Room and bathroom ok but showe rail in bath not fixed properly on wall and came off. Silicone filler in bathroom needed replacing. Very small high windows, only opened tiny amount ,at top of building so very hot. Fridge OK."

"Housekeeping needs looking at our room 412 down the side of the toilet has not been cleaned for a very long time dust thick on the pipes and disregard used toilet paper. The actual toilet is so close to the wall there is no room to sit on it properly. The sink and mirror are that old they need replacing asap. Breakfast was very good Reception staff were excellent. Busy weekend and only one lift working which is crazy for a busy hotel."

"The staff were amazing from the front desk Darcy and mum to the night porter, who could not do enough for us brilliant. Would recommend to all ages and jealous that we’re not still there. Carnival was great; only thing is if you’re down for this event next year, find parking first early, as it’s at a premiere. Massive shout out again to all. 👍😘"
