"Everyone that we encountered from the front desk to the morning had an attitude made you feel put out if you asked them anything especially the lady that Che led me in finally I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes while I was trying to check in no one was there saw someone cleaning up the food area and walked over to ask if someone worked the front desk he said he would go find her when she finally came to the desk she didn’t apologize she said so you had to wait a few minutes to check in...
