She literally would not provide a 25 cent refill of my coke I had just purchased at the pool bar and said I had to go back out in the MONSOON FLASH FLOOD to get it refilled since I bought it there. Really? For 25 cents worth of coke so of course I was literally DRENCHED. Coaching opportunity would be warranted for her. "

"After a lot of searching, I found this hotel near the airport. Everything I found had bedbugs except this one. We arrived and it was clean and immaculate, and everything was bleached and white. Comfortable bed and you got several streaming channels for free, which was a nice perk. If you’re looking to stay near the airport, this is the one."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. Tru has done an outstanding job remodeling this hotel. The location was most convenient near the Medical Center where my wife had an early morning appointment. We did not get to partake in the breakfast buffet; however, it looked great. I'd gladly stay in another Tru by Hilton for my next hotel needs."

They always smiled at you when you entered or left, which is such a small thing but goes a long way in making you feel comfortable in a place that’s not your home. Even the breakfast lady, she was working to keep the breakfast area stocked and cleaned and greeted you always with a chirpy good morning! They had some renovations going on but it was never loud or inconvenient."
