"This place was kind of scary. It is in an apartment building with sketchy elevators, unsecured entrances, & questionable residents. The place was also infested with Asian lady beetles. We went out and got some bug spray and a broom to tackle the problem but they came back with a vengeance. When we contacted VRBO they tried to get in touch with the host for a couple of hours with no luck. We ended up with only a partial refund as we obviously ended up having to leave."

"Steele Magnolia is a rare gem. Cozy, comfy, clean, and peaceful. Host was great about communicating directions and we found fresh banana bread when we arrived. So glad we found this cottage. We chose it because the location was the halfway point to our southern Alabama destination. We were so pleased, we’ve already booked the cottage for our return trip. The Steele area has lots to offer nature lovers so this is a great place for a longer stay. Fabulous screened porch, too!"
