Should you decide to visit the picturesque town of Pinehurst, then look no further? Perched in Pinehurst, is less than a half mile from The Pinehurst Resort, and is nestled between Golf Course #5 and The Harness Track. If you are attending a function at The Fair Barn, driving will be optional, because you can easily walk across the street. If you have come for golf, the Pinehurst Country Club is within walking distance. In addition, you will find plenty of wonderful shopping and dining opportunities nearby.

This condo was perfect for my needs. It is in a great location and is very clean. I mean the place was spotless. I do agree with a review by an earlier renter that some of the electrical outlets need replacing - the kitchen outlet dedicated for the toaster would not keep the toaster lit. The outlet nearest the nightstand in the bedroom could not retain a phone charger. Simple fixes.

Fully equiped condo. Kitchen was prefect to cook in. There was even necessities in the restroom since i left mine at home by accident. Always clean! Have stayed here several times and will definitely stay again. Charlotte communicated any issues and was very helpful.

A nice clean condo worth the price advertised. Owner was very accommodating with checking in and checking out. Condo was fully furnished. Our only issue was hot water for a shower. I research the water heater and it needs replaced desperately. Secondly the secondly the electrical outlets need replacing. Plugs to charge phone or other items fall out. And there’s not enough in the house to accommodate. Like I mentioned very clean, but condo needs to update a modern feel. It has the look of the 60s and 70s.

Charlotte was a wonderful host. She resolved a problem we had with the TV almost immediately. The unit was located right on hole 2 of Pinehurst #5 which was really nice. Highly recommend her place!

Puzzling Thermostat

The place was adequate for two old-timers, but too small for any more people. The thermostat on the wall was a very newish high-techy device which we could not figure out how to operate. So, we were unable to turn on any heat all week. Fortunately, we had mild weather. The AC turned on at 74 degrees so that was OK. But no heat at night meant it was cold. We used the extra blankets. jld

Perfect Pinehurst Hideaway

We loved this little condo! It was beautifully equipped, immaculate, centrally located, and charming. We didn’t do any cooking because we were hanging at our friends’ homes in Pinehurst everyday but the kitchen also appeared to have everything you might need. We hope to be back if available when we visit again in the future.

Great Location and Clean

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The unit was as described. Very clean and very well organized. The view of the golf course was great and the close proximity to the villages of Pinehurst was convenient for us. We walked across the street to the Track Restaurant and had a delicious breakfast by the Harness Track. Great place for a weekend stay.
