Also due to the position of the rooms you will get a lot of sunlight through as the blinds unfortunately were not black our drapes. The breakfast in the club level was subpar. DEVILLE coffee shop across the street was awesome and reasonably priced. Positive. Pool and Gym is nice with a great view. Proximity to Stephens street was great with lots of restaurants. Easy access to train especially if headed to...

"Great location for the stampede. Easy to get to the fair grounds. Very comfortable room, and view was great, would recommend bringing ear plugs, the fire station is beside the hotel and the sirens were quite loud through the night. You have to pay for parking, but it is nice to park indoors. Restaurant and coffee shop on site."

"A convenient hotel and very clean with helpful staff. The day we arrived the name was changed from Best Western to Coast which caused a few minor technology hiccups.. The room was spacious with ample storage drawers. The swimming pool was popular though we didn't use it. One negative was the restaurant on-site which was understaffed, maybe because of Canada Day, with 2 people struggling to do all the work."

She was very welcoming, showed me all around the property and I was able to pick from a couple room options that were still available, and I was welcome to any of the water and the snacks in the kitchen. "We asked for a quiet room. They gave us one near an elevator and directly across from a train station. One window shade was broken and the clothes hook in the bathroom pulled out of the door when we tried to use it. We paid $500 per night for this room. We planned to stay two nights but checked out after one. As long-time IHG members, we expected some kind of refund for our second night. The hotel management refused to grant us any refund. Very disappointed and dissatisfied customer."
