"Apartment was exactly as described. It was clean and cozy. A bit outdated but only stayed 1 night so it was fine. Owner was so extremely helpful in our travels! The road right at the house had been shut down the day of our arrival which made it a little difficult to navigate to but he stayed on the phone with us and talked us through our route! Would definitely stay again!"

"This was a wonderful place to call home for all our Boston area exploring. Great accommodations and an attentive host. Sitting out on the back patio was a favorite way to wind down. This house is nestled in a sweet neighborhood near lots of amenities. "

"3 generation family a dog. While the pond was a bit muddy (this its nickname) the kids and dog swam from sun up to down. The beach, seating area, dock, fire pits were all perfect.The house fit our needs. The family bedroom was a plus for extra space and bedrooms were huge. We asked for access to the rowboat on site which we rented and was easy to do. Probably wouldn’t bother next time as we rarely used.Thank you for sharing your home with us!"

"Perfect place for our family of 6 while visiting Boston. Close to the green line, restaurants and quiet. The host was extremely informative and made sure we were taken care of. The only thing I wish they had were black wash clothes. Went out to buy make up wipes to make sure I didn’t stain the towels. "

"We had room for each of the adults, which included adult children. At these ages they no longer want to share a bed or bathroom with anyone. Perfect that we could come together, but have our own separate spaces. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need."

Some windows were open, rain was coming in. House temp was 56. Contacted the PM right away and they explained that there had been trash left in the house and it did not smell pleasant - that's great, thanks for airing it...

"I stayed at this property for almost a month and thoroughly enjoyed it. It had everything I needed and is conveniently located to Route 9 and I-435. The host was very responsive, which I greatly appreciated. It's nice to know such a comfortable place is available in Shrewsbury."

"I stayed here about a week and was very satisfied. The apartment is clean and spacious, there's a easy-to-use washer and drawer, and the owner is helpful and responsive. The location is great: a couple blocks from the railroad station and a short walk from central Concord."

"We stayed 4 nights and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! House was clean and cozy! The lake is beautiful and you will see where the lake name came from! Thanks for sharing your home with us. "

"Check-in and out were very easy. The kitchen was well stocked and everything seemed like it was brand new. The furnishings were comfortable and modern with some unique touches. We would stay again if we come to the area! "

"A perfect stay! Our group of 3 was in town for a concert at Gillette and our stay at this property was the icing on the cake. Tons of room to spread out and relax, and an easy drive back afterwards. Had everything we needed and Sherri was super responsive. Highly recommend!"
