"The perfect spot for our niece’s wedding weekend.The property is spacious and well appointed. Close to everything but still feels private. Comfortable beds and sitting areas. The pool was amazing and a great spot to relax between wedding events. We had 7 adults stay there was plenty of room for everyone. Dave is a great host. Questions were answered right away. Look forward to a return trip for the next Southampton wedding!"

"We stayed as a group of girls and had an amazing time. The house is exactly as pictured and well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. The yard is the best part but the whole place is wonderful. This is clearly a home not just a rental property which we loved. This would be a perfect place for families or a few couples since each bedroom is huge and has a bathroom. There are tons of board games and kids stuff (including baby gates and a crib). I would love to come back...

"This house was perfect for our trip. Plenty of space, absolutely amazing outdoor area and all the amenities in the basement you can imagine. Although it felt a bit old and not perfectly cleaned (bit dusty) nothing was broken, the property manager was attentive to help when needed, the house cleaner was excellent and we would definitely recommend it to anyone else. "Comfortably appointed house with a tranquil and relaxing backyard waterfront view of North Sea Harbor. We enjoyed watching the wild birds, including egrets and a family of Swans that we were able to feed from the dock. Conveniently located between the villages of Southampton and Sag Harbor, the house is also within walking distance of Towd Point Beach where the water is clear and warmer than expected. Mark was a very attentive host and make sure that our stay was wonderful, which it was."
