"This property provides direct access to a lovely lake for kayaking and swimming. It is also a terrific location for Berkshire musts such as Jacob's Pillow and Tanglewood. The owner is quickly responsive to questions and directions for check in were easy to follow. The house has strong WiFi for any work days you have while traveling. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again in the future! "

"7 family members and my daughters bff. We had plenty of room for everyone. Great location to places we needed to go to. Plenty of parking, great neighborhood. Host was great in responding when needed them, couldn’t find the remote for the sailing fan. Plenty of space for people to sit and eat. Plenty of space for us to sit in the living room talk and play games. Great kitchen for cooking. Nice size fridge for all your food and drinks. Highly recommend this host and their house!!Thank you again "

"I have been doing great business with the owner I have as always in the house and this time I was in a very unsafe basement with a bad smell and very uncomfortable bed I beg you don’t go to the basement it’s horrible"

"Very clean and well stocked cabin. Everything you need is there. Very quiet neighborhood. Perfect place to get away and relax. I would highly recommend this place especially if you like being close to nature. "

"Quiet getaway, we really enjoyed staying on this property. Area is beautiful western Massachusetts is really majestic, and scenic. It was literally a two min walk to a great restaurant. Lucienne was a lovely host and very accommodating . Her rental was clean and comforting . We had a little patio out back too . If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, i recommend Lucienne's place"

"The host was great and the property was wonderful. Extremely well kept house. The tennis court was such a unique touch to the home. It was such a peaceful home with lots of entertainment opportunities. The tree line made it feel so private. We really enjoyed having such easy access to Great Barrington and Stockbridge. Thank you"

"We loved this charming house on the river! We attended a family reunion in the area and it was a wonderful location and so lovely to be near the running river and take a dip in the refreshing water. My only recommendation would be to add in the initial listing that there is a caretaker on property. That isn't listed on the listing and I didn't know about it until the check in instructions came. While not a bother at all during our stay, it isn't something I would usually care for to have a...

"Smooth and straightforward check-in process. They were accommodating to our schedule and communicated everything in a timely manner. House was clean and everything looked as listed. Kitchen was well stocked with up to date appliances and plenty of utensils which was a nice surprise. Plenty of space for 7 of us, would suggest bringing an air mattress though if with a larger party. Overwhelming positive experience overall. "

"Great spot. Super close to UMass Amherst which is where we were commuting back and forth from for tournament. Felt very private and appliances and games were amazing! "

"Otis reservoir is one of my favorite places on earth. Tracy's place is right on the water and having a dock to moor our 18 foot sport boat was fabulous. We sat by the fire pit on two separate evenings and use the grill as well. The cottage was extremely comfortable! Everyone remarked on what great night sleeps they got.The neighbors were also very friendly. It was a wonderful family vacation."

"What a wonderful place! We were very comfortable and it was so cool to have the horses right outside our window. I got to chat with the host too and he was so nice. I'm bummed we didn't have time to take advantage of the other offerings on location like the yoga and the trails. Next time!"
