Designed for both short and extended stays, the studio features fast Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a stylish ensuite shower room, alongside the added benefit of free parking.

Situated just minutes from Southampton Common, the property offers excellent access to the city centre (5 min drive), university, hospital, cruise terminal, and the M27 motorway. Guests can also enjoy complimentary on-site laundry facilities and access to a quiet shared garden, making the space ideal for professionals and leisure travellers alike. Southampton Airport and the New Forest can be reached in around 15 minutes, with Portsmouth and Winchester approximately 30 minutes away.

☞ Please treat our space with respect. If any problems arise please let us know straight away and we will do our very best to resolve them for you as soon as possible.
☞ No smoking or candles
☞ Sorry no pets allowed
☞ Strictly no parties or events
☞ Please be mindful of our neighbours and other guests. This is a quiet residential, neighbourhood. No noise after 10pm.
☞ We may reassign your booking to an alternative room. Please be assured that any room changes will include the same amenities and facilities to ensure your comfort.
☞ You will be provided with a starter pack of essentials including toilet roll and bin liners - once these are used up, please refer to your Guest Guide for the best local spots to purchase more
☞ Please note that guests will be required to sign a guest contract prior to being allowed access to the property. This contract has terms relating to your booking and information regarding the general care of the property during your stay. You will be provided with access to your very own Guest Guide containing lots of useful information about the property and the local area.
☞ Free parking in our private car park is available exclusively to guests of The Madison and is available on a first-come-first-served basis (no need to book). Free and unrestricted street parking is also readily available on surrounding side roads.
