"Absolutely amazing! The staff was incredible and we got a free upgrade to the penthouse!!! Absolutely breathtaking views and you can’t beat the location. I would definitely stay here again if ever back in London. Beds were very comfortable- I wish I could go back there today and just enjoy the hotel, we spent most of our time away from the hotel. Definitely recommend for long stays with all the amenities.

"Nice location with close proximity to Borough Market and Thames. We appreciated being able to do laundry in our room. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

"The property is a bit dated, yes, but the rooms are very clean. The location is excellent, especially if you’re in town to check out some shows on the West End.
My only complaint here is the sound the ac system makes. There was a persistent grinding/whirring noise which was hard to ignore when I was trying to fall asleep. Otherwise, it was great!"

"I felt welcomed and comfortable at Vancouver Studios. Communication was clear, and the staff people were friendly and helpful. The room met my needs. Has I been there longer I would have used the kitchenette. I was a bit concerned about street noise, but I didn’t need to worry. Things quieted down each night, and I slept well. I appreciated the garden, parlor, and gym. The neighborhood is great for walking, eating, and getting to other parts of London. I would definitely stay here again."
