Sunshine Cottage - walk to the beach

This older-style cottage offers a central location, just a short walk to both the beach and town. It features one bedroom with a queen bed and two sleepouts—one with a double bed and the other with single bunks—making it perfect for small groups or families. The property includes off-street parking, a television, and a fully enclosed yard, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

Pet-friendly for one small outside dog, the cottage provides a comfortable and convenient base for your coastal getaway.

Please Note: 'Sunshine Cottage' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

A South West Rocks Accommodation holiday offers the perfect escape from the fast pace of modern life. This charming coastal town, located on the mid-north coast near the mouth of the Macleay River, is about a 5 hour drive from both Sydney and Brisbane.

Family holiday

We love this place, my kids and i come to south west rocks every year with our little lap dog and jts perfect for us. Fenced in and lockable with plenty of windows for thw afternoon breeze. Thank you, wish alfred didnt cut it short this year.

Swr holiday

We have stayed many times. Old property , clean and comfortable . Only complaint , bedroom ceiling fan very dirty, would appreciate if it could be cleaned by next year

Cute cottage

Lovely, clean beach cottage in fantastic location. Short stroll to shops & beach. Furbaby loved lazing on the verandah.
