"Drew was one of the best landlords we’ve ever had on a vacation property. He was very responsive to the few questions that we had and asked proactively if there was anything that we needed throughout our week. The view from the porch was spectacular."

"Our only complaint is that there is no full length mirror and there's many options to put one in. The beds are very comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised to find that there are 2 bathrooms."

"Fantastic find! Location ideal with immediate beach access and views. Apartment was amazing quiet given location nestled in the middle of the lively Ptown ‘action.’ Access was simple and condo is more spacious that many of the one bedroom places we stayed. We plan to return!"

"Gorgeous well stocked home accommodated our large family in style!! Plenty of Beach & Pool towels, beach chairs, and kitchen appliances for all of our meals! Loved the house and Chatham! Walkable to beach, restaurants and shops. So Fun!"

"The cottage was so cute and just the right size. I loved the vaulted ceiling. It was stocked with just about everything you would need to enjoy your self. I would definitely book another stay!!! The only thing that would improve it would be a little A/C for those hot and humid days."

"When I opened the front door, my breath was taken away by the beautiful views! Everything about the house and our stay was wonderful! The house sits right on the best beach in town, the water was clear and calm perfect for an early morning swim. The house was very comfortable, and well stocked for my family (three generations 5-72!) where we cooked every day. The beach toys and beach gear were appreciated as well so I didn't have to pack quite so much. I have stayed in many rentals over the...

"Just a very relaxing and easy time away- the sweet cottage, complete with everything we needed, was perfect. And the peaceful beach directly across the road from it, was pretty special too. Peter was incredibly helpful, ( We’ve stayed in the area in the past, but his recommendations were the best!) quick to respond, and very kind. "Wonderful property manager, friendly, great with our Golden (Charlie). At the end of a peninsula, the best spot on this body of water. We kayaked and walked the connecting road. Easy drive access to eateries. The place is small and rustic which is fine for us, we have stayed in similar in USVI and at Whiteface Mt.This is a quaint little place, over a garage, at the end of a dirt road."

"Truly loved this home that we rented for our wedding weekend. It felt so warm and lived in, but also clean and comfortable. The multiple homes on the property gave everyone some privacy. We especially loved the beautiful lawn, all the outdoor spaces, the lake access, and the kitchen. My husband and I exchanged our vows privately in the backyard so this place will always feel special to us."

"It was a beautiful spot, and the view cannot be beat! The host was super responsive and able to help us when we had trouble with the grill. We had a really great time and LOVED that our dogs could come with us. The beach was great, but a bunch of rocks washed up that made water shoes absolutely necessary. Not sure if that happens often?
