"Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Malheureusement, Swindon n'est ni très jolie ni très sympa à visiter (je fréquente cette ville depuis 35 ans car j'ai de la famille ici). Le centre-ville où se trouve l'hôtel est hélas en chute libre avec beaucoup de magasins fermés depuis 10 ans."

"Not the usual Marriott standard. Shower was dangerous as the temperature dial didn't work so I nearly scalded myself. Had to tell my kids not to use the shower. I reported it to reception and they refunded my parking charge as compensation but it was quite sufficient considering we couldn't shower properly! The mattresses were also of poor quality. Areas of the hotel were very old and needed updating. However, the rooms were clean and breakfast was decent. "

"The communication was terrible, we only got the code for the apartment access after we called the owner a few times. Even after he had picked up and said he was sending it, he still didn’t and we had to call him back again. This was all last minute. We had originally booked to stay in the bigger apartment but the owner sent a message on the app to say he had double booked us and were we happy to stay in a smaller apartment with a shared kitchen rather than a private one. "Kleine accomodatie (4 kamers) net om de hoek van de bijbehorende pub met goed eten in een oude herberg uit het jaar 1750. Dit zie je terug in de stijl maar doet niets af aan het comfort. Kleine kamers, maar goed voor een korte overnachting. Ontbijt is gewoon in de pub en er wordt persoonlijk aan je gevraagd wat de wensen zijn."

"Excellent modern, clean hotel. Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Free parking. First time staying there so received code after 2pm, for check in after 3pm. The code accessed the building and our allocated room key. Kettle with coffee/tea in room. Electric shower. The room was spotless and spacious. Comfy beds. The only downside is approx 10 min walk to the town centre but pleasant nonetheless. Would recommend."
