"We decided to stay down the shore for Mother’s Day weekend and got an ocean front room. It was beautiful! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and the entire experience was great. 10/10 would recommend and we’d definitely stay again!"

"Very disappointed with our stay at Madison Crest Hotel. We booked a room for 6 people through Expedia with two beds and a sofa bed, but received only one bed and one sofa bed. The hotel blamed Expedia, and Expedia blamed the hotel. The hotel also falsely claimed that I upgraded the room, which never happened. On top of that, the toilet was not working and the room was very cold. Poor customer service and very frustrating experience."

"Room was decorated nicely, AC worked good in the room mattress was very com fortable and the bed linens were nice. On the negative side the TV could not be adjusted for volume. Only the one remote controlled the TV and it had no sound button on it. the volume was so low you might as well had it on mute. Also the shower had mostly hot, hot water and that could not be adjusted properly. You almost had to totally turn it of to get a tolerable level of heat and that slowed the stream down greatly....

"The room we stayed in was HUGE! It had a large, separate living area with a kitchenette containing a full-sized fridge. The bedroom area was also spacious & both areas had big screen TVs. The bed mattress was a comfortable, firm foam & the shower had good water pressure. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better; it was right on the beach with access to the boardwalk at the end of the parking lot & close to town, restaurants, etc. Although it was an older facility, it was well...

"The Paradise Oceanfront was the closest to Cape May for a 3-day birding outing. Very clean, partial ocean view, quiet, professional and very courteous reception staff. It had everything I needed (except for coffee in the room)."

"My biggest complaint is the incorrect description of the room. While I booked the room with the ocean view, I only got partial view of the ocean, as my balcony was facing their parking lot. Musty odor in the room. There is a coffee maker, but no coffee pods. Towels were very rough. Check in was also problematic. The location is great though. The bed was comfortable."
