"I would not recommend this property. The pool (which was the main reason I booked this hotel) was out of order. The elevators were all out of order too, so I had to carry my bag to the third floor. It is advertised as a “non-smoking” facility, but my room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Given this poor experience, I asked Expedia to reach out to the property on my behalf regarding a refund. Expedia attempted to contact this property for a week, but told me that they were unable to get in...

"When we walked the young lady that was at the front desk was slumped over the chair asleep. We woke her up. Then it took forever to get checked in and the girl was not very friendly.
