"It's not a great area surrounding the hotel but we never felt scared or unsafe. The room we got was amazing. Spacious, lots of beds to use, all the appliances we needed, full fridge, lots of seating. Would love to stay here again. Didn't mind the parking across the street. It's not far. $25/night. The front desk workers were very nice and helpful. The elevators were clean and quick. There were places to eat around us like local restaurants. "

"We had a great experience at Kasa Sunset. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with a bath, and a fully equipped kitchen. We also appreciated the communal laundry room available for use by the customers for free. "It's my second time here, and I don't want to recommend about this place bc if more people come they will raise their prices, which as for now are very reasonable and it's much better then a hotel room in my opinion. Full kitchen, washing machine, clean fun and comfortable. Don't come here, I want availability and the same price on my next visit here ;) . "

"Let me start by saying that I loved my stay. The boat is cozy and comfortable but you need to brace yourself for some quirks:1. No bathroom on the boat. For restroom or shower, walk around 100 yards.2. The bathrooms that are available are in disrepair. They were mostly clean but were in need of plumbing repair. There seems to be construction going on to improve this, hopefully it'll be good by the time you rent.3. The checkin process (getting keys and such) is slightly convoluted.4. You...

"Great place, location is perfect walking distance to Hollywood strip, food and grocery shop. Skip all that LA traffic. Quiet, family friendly. Property management are helpful and have great communication."

"We picked this place because it was near the hollywood bowl and other places we planned on attending. Nice layout 2bd and 2bath. Nice quiet neighborhood, secure parking garage. Rooftop views of hollywood sign and downtown LA! There were only a few cons with our stay..there were no sheets for either bed..only a fitted sheet for the mattress and a comforter. "Large space just home with great layout. Pool and Jacuzzi were definitely perks for the kids to keep them busy before venturing out during the days guest suite was perfect for sister-in-law to be able to get away. Awesome neighborhood to be in walking distance to target and other shopping stores. Overall, excellent place to stay if visiting LA. Down the street from Melrose place lol"
