  • Disfrute de unas vacaciones de lujo en este condominio de una habitación que se abre hacia el hermoso Golfo de México. A los niños les encantan las literas empotradas. Puedes dormir cuatro personas más dos en el sofá cama. Los coloridos acentos decorativos capturan la diversión de escapar de la rutina a un resort de playa favorito.

    Toallas de playa y juguetes están incluidos para su disfrute. La cocina tendrá alimentos básicos como sal, pimienta, aceite de cocina, especias populares, filtros de café. Siéntase libre de comprar en el supermercado de la isla para hacer sus favoritos familiares mientras esté aquí. Los electrodomésticos incluyen microondas, cafetera, tostadora y batidora de mano.

    Tengo varios juegos para tu disfrute cuando simplemente tienes que salir de la playa y entrar. También hay algunos libros que puedes llevar a la playa. Hay una pequeña biblioteca en la isla si no encuentras lo que te gusta en mi pequeña colección. Hay un reproductor de DVD y TV por cable.

    Relájese en el balcón del segundo piso con vista a la piscina y la playa. Tiene estacionamiento debajo del edificio, en frente del edificio y desbordamiento al otro lado de la calle. Hay un ascensor.

    Se requiere un depósito reembolsable de $ 450 al realizar la reserva. Las mascotas son bienvenidas por una tarifa de $ 150 para cubrir la limpieza adicional (algunas personas son alérgicas, debemos borrar todo rastro después de su visita). Tenemos una estadía mínima de tres días. Las tarifas semanales son de $ 1200 durante la temporada alta. Las tarifas mensuales son negociables. Se aplican impuestos hoteleros.

Excellent property with access to a clean and beautiful beach area. Great pool area. Hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. We would love to stay here every time we are down in SPI.

The condo was amazing! Great location and was bigger than I had expected. It fit our family of 5 perfectly. I rated it a 4 star because of the cleanliness of it. Some of the plates were visibly dirty, there was lipstick with a lip print on the wine glasses, the sink sponge was old and smelled bad, there was a dirty pair of women’s underwear under the sink, and a visible booger on the hand towel. They also only left us 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 trash can liners for 4 days. With all that being said, I would stay there again. I would just come equipped with my own cleaning supplies.

The condo was ok and nice. But the outside amenities I had bug issues. Roaches… one jumped on my wife and ruined the evening and needless to say I was unable to soak in the hot tub. Property owner was dismissive of the issue just said they would tell the people in charge of the area. Besides that the parking was bad… overall nice place the condo itself.

Relaxing Getaway with a Gulf View.

We had a great stay at this South Padre Island condo! The unit was clean, just as described, and had everything we needed. The beach view was beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been better. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Highly recommend. Great getaway spot.

Little piece of Padre Island Paradise

This stay was amazing. From the communication with the host to the beautiful sunrise view, there isn’t a single complaint we have. It was clean and the pictures are an accurate depiction of the unit. The access to the pool and beach was our favorite feature. We’ve stayed on the island before but this is a true gem, we look forward to getting the opportunity to stay here again!

Great beach view

This was a nice condo for the two of us and our small dog. I loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Parking and access to the unit was easy. It was a bit noisy early evening on Saturday (Labor Day weekend) but otherwise very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay.

My Granddaughter and I stayed a week at this condo in August and it was just lovely. It was small but very cute and cozy. We had ocean front views and had easy access to the beach. The owner Lori was very nice and kept in contact with me if I had any questions. I would recommend this condo.

Cleanest condo I’ve stayed in

The owner was so sweet, always responded in a timely manner, the condo was so clean and well put together, they utilized the space well … Only complaint was shower was not great and parking area was not great..
