Ground Floor Beachfront Condo with Pool; Great Location; 3/2 sleeps 8

This updated, beachfront, ground floor condo is located in a family-friendly complex with the beach and a pool just steps from the back porch. The relatively small, gated complex is walking distance to favorite restaurants and shops and offers access to two pools, a sauna, tennis courts, and a fitness center. The back porch, which opens to a large grassy yard, is perfect for grilling, playing games, people watching, and enjoying the sunrise and sunset.

This 3 bedroom condo was recently rennovated and updated with granite countertops, new floors and tile bathrooms, and the latest amenities, including private, secure Wifi. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large flatscreen tv with cable, dresser and garment rack for storing clothes, and a private bathroom with a spacious, walk-in rainfall shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and garment rack for storing clothes, and a sizeable flatscreen TV with cable. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full/double mattress on bottom and a twin bed on top. It has a built-in armoire for storing clothes, a flatscreen TV, and is perfect for sleeping a couple of kids. The second full bathroom is situated between the second and third bedrooms and near the kitchen/living area.

The open concept living, kitchen, and dining area has a wall of windows that look out to the beach, pool, and yard. The comfortable, new couch pulls out to a sleeper sofa and is great for watching movies or the game on the flatscreen TV with cable.

No convenience items

We were shocked to see each bathroom had ONLY 1 roll of toilet paper (for 3 women), NO SOAP, Not even 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen, No coffee and sugar. Our friends rental had all of these and shampoo and lotions as well. It would have been a nice touch to have had at least the bare necessities so we didn't have to grocery shop the night we flew in.

Perfect location, beautiful home

The home is very clean and has more amenities than we're used to. Everything we needed was there. The host was responsive and provided extra of things upon request. Being right on the ocean was perfect. We would try to stay here again when returning to SPI.

Just Padre!!

Condo is perfect for a 2 small families but this stay was only my wife and I and our twins (both 3). Back door opens to a perfect view of the beach, pool, etc...the beach access gate is RIGHT THERE. The living room is very spacious, kitchen is nice and open. Kitchen bar is so perfect.

SPI vacation

We've been vacationing in SPI for over 12 years and have stayed in different condos within the same property. This was our favorite by far! It is beautiful and has everything that you need! 1 We will definitely be back.

Wonderful family beach vacation

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Everything about the condo, property and beach met or exceeded our expectations. The unit is nicely updated, clean and has all the essentials for a family stay. We were able to have plenty of quality space at the beach and at the pool, and never really had to worry about crowds. We would stay here again if we make and SPI trip.

My family and I enjoyed our stayed. Beautiful property. Plenty of room. Great access to the beach. And pool very close to the condo. If you are staying more then two nights, you will need to bring toilet paper, trash bags, soap, paper towels etc. we ran out quickly. The condo has no crib or pack n play so we had to purchase our own at a local store. The only con we would have was the people above us were extremely loud. But nothing we could do about that.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay, nice unit. Could have used more towels for showering and kitchen. Other than that we could not get the TV to work in the master think maybe needed batteries for the remote. Simple things….. overall recommend!

So wonderful to be back at Sunchase

Wonderful location, right off the water. So nice to have a washer and dryer to help with towels and bathing suits. We absolutely loved our time and hope to come back some day. Thank you so much for being wonderful hosts.

Summer 21 Vacation

Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. The condo was very nice, clean and it was perfect for my family. My only complaint is that on our last day of our stay, the cleaning lady came in at 9:30 a.m and our checkout time was 11:00 a.m

Awesome space!

Our family of 5 loved this condo! Great layout and plenty of space to spread out. Lovely updates throughout! Ground level access to the beach and pool (right across from the back of the condo) was perfect and definitely made our time feel simple and sweet. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo is very nice, has been recently remodeled and feels very comfortable. Would be hard to find anything with closer beach access. Owner made a point to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended
