Located right by the pool is the dock, which even includes a boat slip for all of your boating needs. After you're done exploring the warm Gulf waters, head out around the area - there are farmers markets to enjoy in the convention center to the north, as well as family-friendly fun in Schlitterbahn's rides to the south. Access to the pool requires an amenity bracelet that can be picked up at the Landfall Tower office for $15 a piece.

After a full day out, return to the relaxation of your condo, with fresh air on the balcony and WiFi, cable TV, and a DVD player for entertainment.

Have a romantic dinner or family feast thanks to the full kitchen, recently remodeled with shining granite countertops!

We’re excited to inform you that this unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet.

This was not what I was expecting to rent. It shows pics of a different dock and it was nothing what I expected compared to what I saw on the post and read. It says fishing pear and shows pics of a whole different dock/ pier compared to what it really is. The manager of the place or person who was in charge of anything needed was pretty good. Customer service was good. I was just disappointed the description, not matching what I was expecting.

The areas around the switch plates and doorknobs were dirty. So were walls and cabinets. There was no Kleenex. I tried to sit on one of the stools by the table, and it was too wobbly and unstable to use. The front panel on one of the dresser drawers pulled loose when we tried to open it. There was a handle missing from one of the bathroom cabinets. The light fixture in the kitchen was broken. The door to the patio was very difficult to lock. There was no lightbulb in one of the bedside lamps. We ended up leaving a night early but we're told we couldn't get a refund. The listing says, "stunning sunset views," but I didn't think that was true. It is not convenient to watch to the beach. It was very disappointing.

Solo Kite surfing week

I really enjoyed the studio. I was missing a few items but was brought them within hours. I loved how much sunlight was there and the view of the sunsets was amazing! I wish there would have been a hairdryer there. I would definitely stay again

Perfect spot for 2 on SPI!

My parents own a condo on South Padre Island, but there wasn't room for all of us this trip, so I rented this spot for my husband and me. It was absolutely perfect!

We really enjoyed our time staying at spi. The only thing that wasn't expected is that check in is at 4 pm and the office closes at 3 pm.

The stay was quaint and memorable. The unit was small affordable and cozy, and the canal and bay view from the balcony was great. Only caveat was the floor was a little sandy and sticky when we got there.

Condo in South Padre

We loved this little condo. It is an efficiency in a great location. The kitchen needed more cooking utensils and more cutting knives. I expected that there would be a hair dryer, but bring your own. Also they need to get a holder for the bath towel. Staff was very helpful, friendly and responded quickly. We would book it again and recommend it. Price was right and it was very clean.

Door lock was tricky. They make you buy a $15 bracelet to be on the property. The room had a mold like odor to it. The beds are very uncomfortable. The cook top took forever to cook bacon and eggs. Very noisy. The elevator is hot and slow.

Not Happy

On checking in, was able to check in early and inspected unit. The studio was clean and comfortable. Upon further inspection found Tv not working and relayed concern to management company (vacasa)I was told that it would be taken care of today. With multiple calls to vacasa and finally able to contact owners rep. I had to track down owner rep myself, that information was not supplied to me. This matter took 4 days out of my 9 day stay to be resolved. On top of this issue, the air conditioning kept go out. Called Vacasa first time and they came out and fixed issue by replacing batteries in control unit and left me a couple packs of batteries to replace myself. The air conditioning went out two more times during my stay. The owners rep and also the owners were very apologetic and told me that I would be compensated. After moving out I had to contact owners rep to ask about some compensation because no one was calling me. I was told that I would be hearing from Vacasa and I was contacted. They informed me that I would receive a $50 credit for my issues. I then emailed both Vacasa and the owners rep to let them know, that amount was unacceptable. A week later and have not heard from either one. Really a sad situation, NOT HAPPY
