Wide open floor plan completely equipped beach house:100 yards from Beach access, Walking distance to the most popular waterfront bars and restaurants. Close to the bay, beach and steps to shops, Louies's Back Yard and Tequila Sunset. 5 minutes to Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

The gorgeous contemporary beach house has a pool and back yard entertaining area. A fully functioning kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you would need to prepare a gourmet meal.
The home sleeps 8 comfortably and children are welcome.
There is a large master bedroom and 3 guest bedrooms / 2.5 bathrooms.

Spring Break Trip - Shared Pool!!

We had a group of 7 with 4 adults, a 22 year old, and 2x 18 year olds celebrating their senior year Spring Break. The location was excellent - close to entertainment, restaurants, and beach. The house was very nice and had plenty of room. We were pleasantly surprised we couldn’t hear our spring break college neighbors unless they were outside on a balcony or by the pool/in their hot tub. The only thing that we didn’t realize was that we had to share the pool with the neighboring townhome. This made it awkward and if they were in the pool, we didn’t go out. This was not mentioned in the listing and would be the ONLY reason we would not stay in the home again. We didn’t have any contact with owner during our stay so can’t speak on communication. If you don’t mind sharing the pool with other renters I would recommend this home. We had rented it thinking it was a private pool and were disappointed with the awkward situation of sharing it with multiple renters (3 different groups stayed in the connecting home) over our 7 day stay.

Perfect place

We found everything we needed, just as advertised. We had 5 adults, two kids, and a baby. Everyone fit fine. The place is in a great location, with access to the businesses and restaurants on one side, and the short, 3 minute walk to the beach on the other side. We would definitely stay here again. The host was helpful, accessible, and polite. Enjoyable week!

Fabulous Location!

We had a wonderful time in this beautifully appointed home, and you can't beat the location. The only surprise was that we had to share the pool with unit on other side. Luckily, when we were in it, they weren't and vice versa. Dishwasher was broken but owner was quick to respond and send someone out. Water pressure in primary bath could be better. Walkability to beach and restaurants a huge plus. Great place!

Great SPI Vacation Home

Our family had a great vacation. The property was amazing and close to a lot of places to eat and entertainment. We enjoyed having access to a pool onsite as the ocean had a lot of jellyfish and the waves were rough. Pros: access to the beach, space for family to move around, ease of access from the bridge, full kitchen, multiple bedrooms, two bathrooms, tv for younger kiddos, and gated area around pool. Bay fireworks can be seen from the balcony on the second floor. Cons: all bedrooms and bathrooms with showers are on the second floor, master bathroom water pressure is bad and hard to wash soap out of longer hair or wash hands in sink, pool has to be shared with other side and as such, music can be loud and maybe not your taste. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and we all enjoyed ourselves.

Enjoyed Our Stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great location and just a quick walk to the beach. My daughter took surfing lessons each day and the surfing spot/rental was right there. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. We would go back again!

Awesome house in great location!

We loved our stay! Danielle was an amazing host! She was quick to respond to any questions and had awesome recommendations on restaurants and things to do. She also did a great job of making the house feel like a home. Anything that we forgot she had there for us. The house is steps away from beach access and a nice walking/bike path. Lots of amazing restaurants close by. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and pantry items. The house felt spacious and the beds were comfortable. The pool was beautiful and very private. We loved it! We will definitely be back!!

Great beach house.

Beautiful and very large home with lovely pool just minutes from the beach. Had a couple of issues early on that the owner promptly and generously resolved. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about SPI. Would also definitely stay there again.

Absolutely perfect in every way!

My husband and I along with our 2 adult children and their significant other’s stayed at the property for a week. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had. The unit next door was empty and sleeping was awesome with very comfortable beds and bedding. The location couldn’t be better. The beach is steps away and restaurants all walking distance. The pool was very relaxing and the kitchen is fully stocked. We LOVED our week and highly recommend this place. Thank you Danielle for everything!

Beautiful home at an amazing location!

This place is gorgeous! It is very spacious and extremely clean. I’m all about a good night sleep and the master bed is AMAZING! The sofas are very comfortable as well. It’s a very short walk to the beach which makes this place an ideal rental. I definitely recommend this condo.

Very nice vacation rental

The home was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The property manager was great at assisting me with the rental and answering my questions promptly. My family really enjoyed the pool and had a great time. Will definitely like to rent again.

Beautiful Home Away From Home!

This townhouse is beautiful, very clean and spacious! It has everything you might need with special touches everywhere and easily accommodated our family of eight. Definitely felt like a home away from home. The kids loved the pool! Short walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Host is very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property and host!
