This condo is on the 1st, floor facing the beautiful gardens and is next to the pool. The kitchen has been remodeled along with the bathroom. It is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances to reflect a modern look. The microwave is also an oven. You will find mixer, blender, griddle and an iron comal for heating tortillas or grilling. One bedroom with soft decor off white and brown with heavy brown curtains making your sleeping in hog-heaven. A 54 inch plasma tv ending the day with relaxation..The living room has a sofa/sleeper and accent chair to kick back and enjoy. The kitchen is open to the living room.The bathroom is grey, silver chrome with plenty of fluffy towels for your soft dry. It has walk-in shower with frameless glass door. The living room and bedroom have access to the patio with a tangerine orange table and 4 chairs to enjoy a cool drink while taking in the beautiful gardens and the pool. There are 2 buildings on the property. Each building has its own pool. The pools are heated. It also has a grilling area with 2 grills and tables with seating. This area is also perfect for viewing the firework display done by the neighboring bar & grill: Clayton's.

2025 June escape on South Padre

Clean and spacious condo. Ample parking. Very nice location with walking distance to many eateries/beachside bars. Very short walk to the beach. What a great location!

Annual Memorial Day vacation

Room is nice with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Steps from the pool. Walking distance to beach. Flor is very nice and is just a phone call away. This was our second time staying in this condo.

Great location and comfortable!!

We had a blast and enjoyed the pool and condominium area!! The condo was very clean and the perfect size for our small family. It was a huge plus that it was dog friendly so we could bring our furry friend. We wished there would have been a stove and a dust pan for the broom as well as a few spices for cooking, but absolutely minor inconveniences compared to the comfort of the bed and the large size of the shower and porch! We appreciated the gate on the porch as well making it easier to take our dog in and out!

Reunion

The Tiki is a staple at SPI. The grounds, heated swimming pools, and accessibility to the beach was great along with walking distance to nearby locations like Clayton's, Bar Loui, and Wanna Wanna. The host was courteous and prompt in answering all questions. This unit was newly remodeled and very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

My mom and I had such an amazing time here. It was extremely clean and wonderfully taken care of, not to mention is SO close to the beach! I’m a beautiful area as well we hope to be back soon!

Pleasant Stay at Tiki

Property was clean and nicely furnished. We really enjoy the heated pool as not all properties on the island have this. The ocean is just a little walk through the property to get there. Will likely choose again.

Very comfortable stay

We were so pleased with the unit. It had all the basic necessities in the kitchen and even offered a wagon for carrying items back and forth. I thought that was so thoughtful! This unit also included a dehumidifier, which makes the stay so much more comfortable. Trust me! We’ve had it both ways! I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Great location next to pool, 2 minute walk to beach. Property is beautiful, condo was well stocked, clean, light, airy. Had a great smell upon entry. Property exactly has shown and described in pictures. Bed was so comfortable! Extra pillows and blankets were supplied along with all needed kitchen utensils, and other items. Sliding doors led to deck area from living room, and bedroom. Bedroom curtains are not privacy curtains. This was easily rectified by hanging an additional blanket over the existing curtains. Two nice size TV’s is one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Wi-Fi was great. Everything works as it should. Highly recommend. A+.

Relaxing and comfortable

Beautiful, cozy condo. Exactly as described. Owner was super quick to respond anytime I reached out. Property was beautifully maintained and secure. Very close to the beach. Having such a lovely place to come "home" to after spending the day out and about in SPI was wonderful! Thank you! Hoping to return next year!!
