"There was fresh fruit at the breakfast and it was perhaps better than the overall vibe would have predicted, but crowded, the hotel is quite huge although it doesn't look it; it's not very up to date, but the outside balcony walkways are kind of cool and upstairs you get a good view of sunrise. It took a very long time to get hot water in the bath and you stepped in to the tub but UP, so when you stepped out, it was down further than the floor of the tub, yikes. "It’s more of an apartment than a hotel. Full kitchen is modestly equipped but functional. In room laundry was a nice surprise as we were able to travel home with clean clothes! There is no regular housekeeping, so you make your own bed. Roku TV allowed us to watch our stuff. Front desk was lightly staffed but helpful. "

"Pool area was nice, the rooms could definitely use a deep clean. It did not smell fresh or clean. Definitely showing its age, can use a reservation. Convenient location for the airport. "

TV with pretty good options too. Our room was directly across from the soda machine in a dark foyer but it was quiet. "The hotel is a block from the arena and stadium, restaurants were excellent, and no driving. Highly recommend it. Side note they had a major water issue affecting elevators but was communicated ahead of time and they offered to let you out of your reservation. So the property wasn't in tiptop shape but it didn't affect our stay and we had a wonderful weekend."

"I asked front desk to do housekeeping in my room, sheets and pillowcases did not smell fresh, i was told that because of Covid they do it after the Third day. I had to sleep with dirty sheets and pillowcases"
