"The property surrounding the hotel was very nice. You can watch the wildlife from the patio. The pool and Hottub area was clean. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The woman at the front desk was great(I wish I would’ve gotten her name). The breakfast was very good. Everything was fresh and stocked. This hotel will be our go to every time we visit family in the area from now on. "

"Overall it’s a okay place for a quick stay. They gave us a singular flat pillow for the two of us staying and then when we asked for another pillow they tried to say they didn’t have any and when we were like really one pillow for the big bed? They magically had another pillow. At first we were unsure how the tv would even work we had to have the guy come up to switch the channels to get the remote to work (we thought the batteries were dead) however the only input that worked had about 4...

"I spent 5 nights at Sonesta. The accommodations were exactly as described. The room and facility was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and available as needed but mostly kept to their duties. I had a handicap accessible room bcz I was having surgery while in Ann Arbor. The dog theme decor, pet treats, and color scheme added to the appeal. Pros 1. Quiet convenient location near I-94 and 7 mins from U of M. 2.
