"The counter person was not welcoming at all. It was my first day in Washington and he looked at me weird because I was wearing red, white and blue and then asked if I was there for the 4th of July festivities and I said yes. "The man at the check in desk he’s a black man bald head I mean no disrespect lol he was absolutely PERFECT ! So nice so helpful! It was my first solo trip and it made me feel safe and just all around great customer service! I will be back and I hope he’s around !"
