The house was amazing! It had all of the space and everything we needed for our family of 15 (13 adults and two toddlers). The kitchen and living room area were very spacious with plenty of room for everyone to gather. We really enjoyed playing pool and hanging out downstairs too! We had a few questions leading up to our trip and the host responded quickly.

We do a yearly Thanksgiving tradition and get about 10-12 family members together from various parts of the US at Lake Tahoe. We have been looking for the perfect place with large, well stocked, gourmet kitchen, large dining table and large living room/community area. Every where else and come up short. Not this time! We found a keeper! The kitchen had every utensil and tools we gourmet chefs needed! Great living space, plenty of rooms and baths to accommodate our large group.

One of the best place i have stayed in. Plenty of space for our big group. I love the Jacuzzi! The host, Mark, was easy to communicate with. And best of all, there is no chores list that had to be done before check-out. We did clean up though.

The house was good for our annual 14 guys trip. Some things were broke or didnt work around the house. Curtains, some windows couldnt open, primary bedroom toilet was seriously loose. But overall, housed worked for us!

Great stay with family and friends

We stayed at this property for a 3 day skiing weekend with friends and family and enjoyed the spacious kitchen and living room. Things to improve on: minimal amenities (no salt/pepper, cooking oil...), de-icing equipment (very slippery floor in front of the house), some repairs needed (fireplace, leaky shower hose in master bedroom...)

Tahoe 2025

We have an annual family and friends Tahoe winter trip usually the beginning of January before the kids go back to school. This was the first year we incorporated New Year's Eve into the trip and we were pleasantly surprised. Heavenly Village has a great fireworks show and concert, and the location of the house is perfect for hopping down to Stateline for the fun. The property is large and the house is well set up to hold couples and a few teens with room to move around. There's a large open family room/dining and kitchen area where we spent a lot of our time. There's a pool table game room downstairs as well as a comfy TV room that was great for the kids to watch movies and play video games at night. We did have a little problem regulating the heat between the downstairs and the top floor bedrooms, but I contacted the host and he immediately provided us with portable heaters to use downstairs so that we didn't have to turn up the heat and bake the upstairs bedrooms. It was a great place for our dogs to run around the back. The driveway is off of a main road and can be a bit tricky the first time but we never had a problem finding it afterwards. All in all it was well stocked, comfy beds, great location and worked for our large group.

Sweet Cabin in the "Woods"

Cabin is spacious and has plenty of outdoor space to play even a volleyball game. Location is good, but property can be a bit hard to identify as driveway is on Pioneer Trail and everyone is flying by at 50+. Still I would recommend for a larger group and would stay again myself.

In memory of Nanny

Came to Lake Tahoe with family to celebrate the life of our mother. Lake Tahoe was her favorite place. The house was perfect to accommodate a large group. Plenty of space and the location is close to everything we wanted to see and visit. Nicely furnished, lots of towels, outdoor space was private and clean. The house was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely put this place in the top of the list for rentals in Tahoe.

Bi- Costal Family Vacation

Wonderful home for multiple families to spend time together. Huge main floor with ample Kitchen, living room and dinning table. We gathered the whole family to celebrate our 40 th Anniversary and this home did not disappoint. The back deck was wonderful to sit out and watch the littles. One thing I didn’t realize was that the house is off a street that has a 50 speed limit No easy access to go for a walk with young kids. Bedrooms upstairs on the smaller end.

High quality home for families

My extended family and I traveled to Tahoe for a week long vacation. This property met our needs and more. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive to our inquiries. The house had recently been renovated and clearly was very nicely done - brand new large kitchen, furniture to have large family dinners, and clean and spacious bathrooms. The downstairs was great for cousin hangouts. It's a short - very easy - drive to Heavenly and town. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great for families

This place was perfect in many ways. Great location. Off a main road but quiet. The house itself is beautiful. Clean, everything was in good condition. There is plenty of space for families or even multiple families. My group consisted of older folks, youth and kids. We all had room to spread out. The outdoor space was wonderful. Neighbors were quiet.
