We had the best time! The beach was perfect and so was the location. The host and owner were beyond accommodating and responsive! We would book again in a second! The house was impeccable! We loved every minute of our stay!

Cute place in a convenient location . Walking distance to a few bar/restaurants, walkable neighborhoods , a grocery store and of course the ocean . I’m a Matunuck lover and we do a girls weekend trip every year . Hoping to rent again .

My stay at the SandCastle was wonderful for a solo weekend away. It was equipped with everything I needed, and the beach walkway made having time on the water easy and accessible, and incredibly affordable compared to other waterfront or water-accesible places in the area. I feel grateful to have found this spot and I look forward to booking again during the warmer seasonal months.

Amazing cottage for mini vacation!

Stayed at this property for a getaway weekend and could not have had a better time! The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. Direct access to the beach and the surrounding area is beautiful with so many activities. I would definitely want to stay here again.

Great Honeymoon Location

Beautiful clean cottage right on the beach which was the best part. The whole process was easy and Melanie is open and informative with the checkin and our process. A truly wonderful trip!

Great beach location

We had a short stay, only two nights but we really enjoyed the community and proximity to the beach. The house is very cozy and was perfect for our needs. It is close to a lot of historical sites and walking trails and we loved just walking through the neighborhoods looking at the beautiful properties and beach views.

The property was cute and clean. It was a perfect week with many options of activities to do. We went kayaking, biking, and of course laid on the beach. It was a perfect stay.

Long weekend getaway

This was a lovely long weekend getaway to recharge and enjoy a birthday weekend at the beach. Property is adorable. It was clean, check in easy and location perfect. We met the owners and their dogs at the beach!

The cottage was even better than expected. Extremely friendly environment including contact agent, housekeeping, and owners. The privacy component -including backyard and ocean shore was what we were looking for and exactly what we experienced.July 5 - 12 were the dates we stayed. Enjoyed our time. Looking forward to the next stay.

Charming

Our 1st time in RI and we will be back. This little cottage was the perfect spot. A beautiful and convenient area. We explored URI and Newport. I was happy I got to meet the owners. They made us feel welcomed. Thank for sharing your place with us.

Cute Oceanside Cottage

There were just 2 of us who stayed at the propery, and it was perfect for us. Nothing fancy, but very cute. Close to Route 1 for getting around and it had all the little necessities. Check in and out was easy. Communication was excellent. Wouldefinitely stay again.

Perfect Weekend

Wonderful stay at a great property. Location could not be better — walked to beaches, restaurants, coffee shop, surf shop. The house is very cute and has everything you need. Waking up to the sound of the ocean — what could be better? Property manager was very helpful and responsive to questions. 2nd time staying here; looking forward to coming back for a 3rd visit!
