Brand new luxury home on Narrow River, constructed by award-winning design-build firm Davitt Design Build. This stunning 4-bedroom, 3 sleeper sofa, 3.5-bath home comfortably sleeps 14 and offers breathtaking water views from every bedroom. Just steps from the water, enjoy exclusive access to your private 40' dock, perfect for boating, fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and swimming.

The open-concept layout features a designer kitchen with a large center island and Wolf/Sub-Zero appliances, flowing into a dining area and a cozy living room with a gas fireplace. The first-floor primary suite provides convenience, along with a laundry room, half bath, and an expansive deck overlooking the water. Upstairs, you'll find another en suite bedroom, two additional bedrooms, and a full bath.

Outside, relax by the fire pit, enjoy alfresco dining, or take in the stunning waterfront views from the spacious deck. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from Narragansett town beach, shopping, and top local restaurants. This waterfront retreat is perfect for families and groups looking to unwind in luxury.

This home was simply amazing. We had the best trips the location is outstanding with so much to do. The house is beautiful and in a very safe area. Host was v quick to get back to us. We used the kayaks every day to go out to the dunes and sand bar. Our family that is local came over for dinner and they were obsessed with the house and location as well. Highly recommend!

A perfect home in a serene, lovely riverfront location. Well appointed, beautiful home with top-of-the-line everything. The host has considered everyone’s comfort in providing linens, towels, beach and water toys. Can’t wait to go back!

Great house!

Was a really great house! Very clean and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Being on the water was awesome and key for the kids to use the kayaks and rent a jet ski. Also in a convenient location to the beach, nearby towns and Newport. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful modern home. High end everything. The dock is good for kayaks or a small boat. Not really water you want to jump right into. Overall a great place to stay. Good restaurants nearby. Nice firepit, quiet neighborhood and great views. About 24 min to Newport.

Wow, just Wow!

This home in Kingston is everything you could ever want in a rental on a stay with your friends or family. The home is absolutely gorgeous, the views are stunning, you are 5 minutes from the beach, my kids loved kayaking and playing spike ball on the lawn. Everything was absolutely perfect, I couldn't have asked for a more magical home to spend with my family.

Wow! Pristine and incredible!!

This place was amazing! Even better in person pristine, brand new, spacious, and so much light. The moment we walked in, there’s a sense of calm. Peaceful energy that instantly makes you relax. Everything was spotless and beautifully designed, with comfy beds and everything we needed for a perfect stay.It’s right on the water and just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for us. Communication with the owners was super easy, and they were incredibly thoughtful and responsive throughout.I can’t say enough good things about this place!!! We’re already planning our next trip and will definitely be booking here again soon!
