"Its a pretty decent place for a short-term stay. Conveniently located on the main street of the town, walkable to most restaurants and just a short drive to everything else. "Room was clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. When the temperature spiked, they were quick to change from heating to a/c to avoid the unpleasantness of guests feeling too hot. Plenty of parking as well. And for dog lovers, very pet friendly. About a 15 min walk to the festival theatre and 4 min drive to “downtown Stratford”"

"what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either."

"This was our first no reception check in. One of the reason we picked this motel was because of the year around hot tub. We were disappointed to read the in room motel rules saying it could not be used when there is no attendant at the desk. No attendant/no hot tub."

"The Stone Maiden Inn is a unique place to stay when you are visiting Stratford. The rooms are beautifully decorated with antiques. It is well situated in Stratford as you are in walking distance to the Shakespearean Gardens and the town centre with a great variety of places to eat. We parked our car and enjoyed walking around. I did not give it full stars because the shower in our room was too cramped and our mattress was too soft which made it difficult to sleep."
