A beautiful 3 bedroom house surrounded by wildlife and nature, birdsong is what you will be woken up to! Just 100mtrs from the beach and boat ramp to the Kaipara Harbour. The property offers fruit trees for you to enjoy, a large BBQ and wood fireplace - making this property great all year round. We have the option to use our kayaks here on too. So whether you are looking to explore the local area with adventure - or relax with a wine and book, this house offers it all!

Amazing stay!

Stunning location and really comfortable, well equipped property. Plenty of space, really clean and had everything we needed. Fell in love with the chickens and the garden and didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back again!

Perfect rural getaway

Everything you need, lovely grounds including spa. Ideal for lazy weekend get together (as we did) or access to the harbour just up the road for those who want to hit the water.

Great Getaway!

Spacious, beautifully put together, beautiful garden with the company of chickens, a few ducks and sheep. Soak in the spa, BBQ on the deck and just RELAX. Too easy! We loved it!

Great getaway without all the travel or traffic

We had a great time fishing and relaxing. Lotsa fun with the beach buggy, feeding the super friendly lamb and hanging out in the spa watching the sunset. Ideal spot to disconnect from city life.

Had a fantastic time, with so many a activities, from the jet skis to the buggy all the way down to the array of board games. 10/10 experience with a wonderful home with all the bells and whistles. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again!

Lovely place, peaceful

Lovely rural property with chickens and sheep. Very spacious house, beautiful garden, communication with the host was very easy and kind. The cafe across the road has super friendly owners.
