When you get there, you find that your host, one of these property management companies called Evonify Stays, has never heard of you. Since you made the booking on Hotels.com, Evonify refers you back to them. Now, try getting anything other than an AI bot to communicate with you at Hotel.com. "Because of this private location when you look out your window all you see are trees and bushes. However it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach."

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was probably the best vacation we’ve taken thank you so much for opening your place to us. I would say the only issue is if there’s ever water problems, but besides the shower issue, we enjoyed every moment of the time we were there."

"Had a weekend getaway with my mom and sister for Mothers Day and this was the perfect spot to stay! It was a quick walk across the bridge to get to downtown Salem and all of the shops and museums. Owners were super helpful and responsive, and the house was clean and beautiful. It was nice and quiet and we felt so safe the whole time. Would definitely rebook if we return to the area!! "

"The condo was exactly as listed — clean, comfortable, and very close to the train station, which made getting around easy. The only downside was that I never received a response from the host when I reached out. Otherwise, a great stay!"

"Perfect place for visiting Salem easily walkable to all the fun and action!"

"Great place and a convenient stay. A warning - the top bunk is really only suitable for a child unless you want to bang your head into the ceiling in the middle of the night. Would recommend!"

"Property was clean and comfortable and well appointed. Location was perfect - in the heart of everything. Hosts were great. Very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend. "

"Perfect for a coastal themed visit. Rain or shine, a perfect stay and the harbour walk to the north end was gorgeous. "

"It was just what we needed. We were in town for 2 concerts and needed a place to sleep and get ready for the shows. Comfy beds."

"The unit was excellent, very well supplied and lots of room for the 6 of us that stayed there. It was in a great location and very clean. The listing said it had AC, which it did, but it was 2 AC units, not central air. We found the units to be too small to cool the space. The day we arrived was very hot, so we needed the AC. Since there were only 2 units and 3 bedrooms we had to leave our bedroom doors open to get the air flowing. There were some fans provided which did help. We loved...
