Three separate bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds, offering restful nights after adventurous days. The fourth bedroom contains two single beds, perfect for children or individual adults. The generous layout ensures everyone has their space.

The main living area provides a central hub for your group to relax and connect, equipped with a TV with satellite channels for entertainment. Meal preparation is a breeze in the large, fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven/stove, fridge, and microwave. This place was not at all what is advertised. Not spacious. Not prime views and definitely not worth the price being charged. We left immediately and were charged, all the same. When I asked VRBO for a refund the host invented malicious lies about us. As well, VRBO's "100% Refund" trip cancellation insurance, despite costing an additional 160, was useless. This was a terrible experience for us.

Warning: Extremely Poor Experience – Avoid This Property We booked this property for a two-night stay and were extremely disappointed. The condition of the house was unacceptable — it was one of the dirtiest places we have ever stayed. There were no towels, blankets, soap, toilet paper, or basic amenities provided. The bed was not properly set up, and the entire house was filled with dust, a strong unpleasant odor, and insects including spiders and mosquitoes. The hygiene and cleanliness were severely lacking. The shower was in poor condition, and the entire environment was unfit for staying, especially for families. Unfortunately, my daughter developed a severe allergic reaction due to the dust and we had to rush her to the emergency room. Despite contacting Expedia multiple times (at least 7), we received no assistance. We were left with no choice but to sleep in our car during the stay. This experience was a complete waste of time and money, and we strongly urge others to stay away from this property.

Best cottage experience

This college offers a truly unique and refreshing experience beyond academics. One of the standout features is their private beach—clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after classes. The free boat rides are a wonderful bonus, giving students a chance to unwind and explore the waters.The bonfire nights create an amazing atmosphere for bonding with friends, and the view from the college campus is absolutely breathtaking—especially during sunrise and sunset. For those who enjoy nature, the fishing opportunities nearby are outstanding and easily accessible.Overall, the combination of natural beauty, peaceful environment, and outdoor activities makes this college a perfect place not just to study, but to truly enjoy student life.
