"Its quite rare to find this hidden gem hotel which is slightly secluded from hustle bustle of tourist area but at the same time easy to reach if needed. This town and the hotel has all the amazing views of the mountain with iconic green bridge. The room was very clean with all the amenities you might need for your stay, and very knowledgeable front desk staff. "Super classic mountain lodge in a fast growing g resort town. Convenient to everything and has an amazingly warm lodge vibe with fireplace and a made to order breakfast. We went in the off season and it was a great base to walk around the incredibly gorgeous high mountain village. Will return with the snow :)"

"I would give this no stars if I could. Tell me how a hotel is going to shut off the hot water to the entire hotel on a holiday weekend? I had a toddler and a 9 month old baby. There are NO amenities and good luck calling or finding front desk staff! Forwarding your phone to voicemail (which is full by the way) on a holiday weekend is HORRIBLE customer service!"
