"Everything was just as advertised. The place was spatious, very clean and comfortable. Parking at the back and central location. One of the best rental places I have booked, I would be happy to recommend it to people looking for a great spot during a visit in Cornwall."

"Although we brought our toddler's old Nuna to sleep in, there was room to place the Vrbo mattress on the floor to use as a toddler bed. If your child needs darkness to sleep, I recommend bringing blackout curtains because the store light from across the street is fairly bright. If you have a mobile toddler, bring a pressure mounted baby gate for the basement entrance in-between the kitchen and living room. "Positive: Very spacious accomodation. Very nicely equipped. Effective climate control. Nice little balcony. Very reasonable pricing. Good wifi. Not so good: Problem with stairs given our ages and knee woes. No reliableTV service. No list of instructions or of nearby eating places. FInal choice was made due to Internet listing declaring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Unhappily, one bathroom non-existent."

"We had a wonderful time! The houseboat is super well equipped (everything we needed in the kitchen, life jackets, kayak, paddle board, games, etc.) and very comfortable. We were six adults and had plenty of room to move around and were able to sit around the table for meals and nightly cribbage games. "Cozy, clean, calm, cottage with canoes! We stayed here once two summers ago and my son asked us about it this year, prompting us to plan another getaway. We booked two nights for us and our friends with their toddler. We spent the whole time in or around the house or the beach, relaxing. Kayaking on the river and seeing the goats are highlights each time. Renfu is very hospitable, answering all our questions and keeping the grounds tidy. "The suite was beautifully decorated and spotlessly cleaned. There were nice personal touches, easy check-in and check-out. The host were very nice to deal with and I couldn't be happier with our stay. I would highly recommend them and their suite and would stay again."

"My two daughters and I stayed for 2 nights. Fantastic location and plenty of room for the three of us. The manager was very helpful and prompt with a power issue. A breaker needed to be reset and this was done in under 5 minutes. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again. "

"Our stay at the Rideau River Retreat was good. The cottage was fully stocked with all the cooking, linens and toiletries needed.The host Meghan was quick to respond before and during the stay to ensure everything went well. Thank you."
