"Really cozy room, very nice location, bathroom was clean, kitchen utilities as well. Only thing was that the stairs in the building up to the room were a little unfortunate and very narrow. That wasn’t a problem for us but it is worth mentioning."

"Just be aware that the rooms (at least mine) has no air conditioning although a fan is provided.
Otherwise, great room and location. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff."

"First of all communication and organisation was outstanding, cleanliness was also top drawer, however, even advertised as a Compact Room, it was too small for my wife and I, in fact it was/is the smallest room we’ve ever stayed in and we’re both in our 70s. Neither of us could turn around in the shower and although the bathroom/toilet was immaculately clean, the smell from the drains was appalling!
Probably ok for a single person weighing no more than 8 stone…but not for us!"

"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside.
Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am.
The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality,...

"The bad: Not a real front desk. An office down a hall with a door that was once locked. Staff unavailable at check in time and ignoring all the people waiting in the front hall. Record breaking awful heat wave in the hit London during our stay. No attempt to provide window box fan to draw in night air or to get portable air conditioning units. Floor fans in the rooms helped but not enough.
Bedrooms have one electric outlet only. Living room and very modern kitchen have many outlets. Why not put...
