"This is NOT a luxury hotel, nor does it charge luxury hotel rates. But the STAFF is FABULOUS and the facilities perfectly adequate, if not bette rthan that. They say you get what you pay for, but the staff were a pleasant surprise. I came down to the lobby for two complimentary glasses of wine (a nice malbec, by the way) and light snacks, and as I struggled to get them back to the room the attendant brought me a tray, then accompanied me to and called the elevator, then reached in and pressed...

"Staff were all incredible. Only issue was with the room's window. It was VERY drafty and cold and I had to sleep in my jacket. I checked to make sure it was closed but I could feel the cold air coming in from the window area and the room never warmed up. The hallway and shared bathrooms were a normal temperature. "
