"It was everything as advertised. Had good communication with Misty the owner. Really convenient to Caesar's Casino, restaurants etc. Everything was so clean and well laid out. "We had a great stay. We had my 84 year old father and mother and three adult children and spouses and 2 adult grandkids with their spouses. The house was plenty big enough and the walk to the dock was nice and flat. We stayed in June during a massive heatwave in the upper 90s each day. We would like to come back in the fall. The kitchen was stocked with everthing imaginable and loads of china. My mother was so excited. We ate on different china for each meal. "

"The view of the cove from the deck was great and a short walk to the deck and water. The cove was shallow but we were able to dock the pontoon. The house is a short boat ride to town. It felt like we were in the woods but actually in a neighborhood. I would stay there again. "

"We had a wonderful stay, as the listing said, nice gentle slope/ easy walk down to the dock. House was very clean and very well equipped, and the hosts were very responsive and nice. "

"Quiet cottage in the woods, solar powered with a generator. Very peaceful and relaxing. Walk to the dock is fairly short. We brought a collapsible wagon, to tote chairs, cooler, and fishing rods , had no issues with the wagon on the trail. Highly recommend! If you are looking for peace and quiet and a place, this is your place! We will be back"

"We had a wonderful stay at this lake front property. The house accommodated 3 generations of our family. The basement was perfect for the teenagers and kids. They enjoyed the ping pong and air hockey tables. We brought our boat and enjoyed so much time on the water, as well as floating, swimming and fishing from the dock. The communication from the owner was excellent and we highly recommend this vacation rental. "

"Enjoyed this place...rustic but has lots of great views, comfort and places to chill. Dog friendly, too but don't trust GPS. Go right at dumpster...not left and don't turn on Stuckornot Rd! Honestly, I hated to leave...and the OBX us my home! LolIf you enjoy a woodsy escape, this is your place."

"This was our 2nd stay at this wonderful location. The 1st was my husband and I in the winter and it was a perfect cozy weekend. Our 2nd trip was with family and friends for the Lakefest , which the wonderful hosts had informed of us. Everyone had an amazing time with so many lake activities to enjoy!!! "The house decor is an eclectic mix of vintage meets modern and rustic. Great spacious living room/kitchen open floorplan with a separate dining room which worked great for our group of 10! The kitchen had everything we needed! Beds were comfortable with 4 on the main floor and the 5th downstairs. Note - There is no bathroom downstairs! The large deck was great for morning coffee and the firepit was our nighttime ‘hot spot’! It was great to have a dock to secure the boat instead of...

"Beautiful location. It was great for our family but if it were for a family with teens of different sexes it would be difficult as all bedrooms are connected . You have to walk through each bedroom to get to your own bedroom or even to the bathroom. There is not a hallway. As you go up the stairs the first bedroom with beds is right there. It is a beautiful place very comfortable. I would go there again!!!"

"We stayed four days for my Mom's 84th bd..This home is way way underpriced..Three bedroom 2 bath and a 4-8' pool..normally 350 would be reasonable.. I can't tell you the deal we received.. The Host answered ALL of our questions/ concerns within 5 minutes..What more could one ask for? "
