"The Rye Motor Inn completely exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, cozy, and designed with the kind of taste that makes you wonder why every hotel isn’t doing it like this. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, which made the whole stay feel easy, peaceful, and safe. The location was perfect too, close enough to explore but quiet enough to actually relax. I left feeling grateful, refreshed, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend."

"the place was very clean, staff was very polite and helpful .The couch wasn't all that comfortable to sit on but we just used some pillows. Right next door to Congdons donuts. We are hoping to go back again next Oct. Would highly recommend this place. Even has a pool and hot tub"

"We had a wonderful family weekend at this property! My siblings and our families brought our parents here for their 80th birthday. The house was a wonderful combination of the character of the old house with modern touches. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a nice dinner and gather. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. The pool was a big hit with the kids and adults. The grounds were beautiful with walking trails, a pond and beautiful outside seating areas.
