Beautiful Home Across the Street From ND

LOCATION! Just 140 feet from the University’s Main Entrance, this home is as close to campus as you can get, offering unbeatable convenience alongside exceptional amenities.

The highlight of this property is its newly added, spacious front patio. Perfect for entertaining, it provides a stylish, comfortable space to relax, dine, and enjoy the surroundings. Equipped with ample seating, this front patio creates a warm, welcoming area for gatherings with family and friends whether for a casual meal or for a Notre Dame football game.

Inside, the home is designed to sleep 16 guests comfortably, with 5 bedrooms and 4 premium portable beds. Smart TVs in every living area (60”-85”), a Sonos Sound System, and a spacious backyard with a patio and grill round out the entertainment options, making sure everyone has a great time.

The house was renovated in early 2022 and features three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the main floor, with two additional bedrooms and one bathroom on the basement level. Two memory foam cots are available on each level. Dining spaces include an outdoor table on the front patio, a kitchen table, and a cozy basement dining nook. Additionally, the heated and air-conditioned garage is complete with a TV, ping pong table, fridge, and more.

This home’s front patio is the ideal place to relax and entertain, adding that special touch to your stay across from Notre Dame.

Wonderful home, clean, well stocked, served our family of 12 well. The location couldn’t be any better, short walk to Eddy Street and ND right across the street. Really enjoyed sitting out front by the fire pit watching the scenery. If you have the opportunity to stay at this home, jump at the chance you will not be disappointed. Hope to rent again soon.5 stars are not enough deserves many more.

Bait and Switch

I booked this house across the street from Notre Dame with the intent of attending the Notre Dame playoff game the weekend of December 20th. I was informed the week before that I could not have the original house which I had booked one year previous. This was a house which had been paid in full and was non refundable. I was instead offered a much less desirable and smaller house. This duplicitous event was extremely disturbing and caused tremendous aggravation as well as a change in plans for numerous people.

Great home and location could not be better!

We had a wonderful stay here for a football game weekend. The house was comfortable, plenty of beds, and was well stocked (we loved the built in soap, shampoo, and conditioners in all the showers!). The location literally could not be better - I think there is only one home closer to campus and that is the one right next door, so this was incredible - we were just across the street from the main entrance! The owner was super friendly and accommodating - would highly recommend!
