"4 couples that have been taking annual trips for about 20 years, all high school classmates (guys). This house fits us perfectly since we are getting older. It is all one level and every couple has their own bed and bath. Once again we had a great time and will be back! "

"Enjoyed it all right on the beach.. walking forever with the dog and friend at low tide just out the front door. Fabulous kitchen with a view. Jacuzzi tub in one bathroom, and awesome master bathroom with a view.Then to top it off a rooftop hot tub to star gaze while soaking.There was a little issue at check in and management responded immediately and took care of us so well… everything was perfect"

"What a great location. Right on the beach. The windows were amazing and views stunning. The split level layout made it easy for one of the older couples to only walk up a few steps to their bedroom after walking up the flight of stairs to get to the main floor. The property description is accurate but pay attention to the stairs. The kitchen was great with anything you would need in the cupboards. "The room and the bathroom was small, but the room was cute and fit 5 people. The staff were polite and let me know I left my hat behind so I could get it before I drove home. My dogs enjoyed the room too. Very close to the baywatching area and shopping center. "

"We lost our brother Monday in Coos Bay and the siblings rented this to be together to regroup. Was super cute and great location very coastal cottage. My only complaint is no dishwasher or patio furniture and some electrical issues.complaint is "

"We had a great time at the house, and we had enough space for all 5 adults and 3 kids. The cottage house was a little musty and we weren’t aware the room in there was up a steep flight of stairs but otherwise it was great. The beds are comfy and the fireplace kept the room warm in the cooler evening and morning hours. The walk to the beach is tough for little kids and older folks, and the beach access is very steep. Once on the beach though, it’s private and beautiful. "

"This is a beautiful home which is well equipped to host a large family. The kitchen is really well stocked with kitchenware for whatever you choose to cook. A walk out the back brings you right to the beach. We loved our stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay here! The cottage is comfortable and cozy with a nicely redone kitchen and bathroom. The location is amazing: close to stores and restaurants in Yachats and right on the 804 trail. Cape Perpetua is only a very short drive away. And, as the pictures show, the views are outstanding! We hope to stay here again!"

"We stayed for one night and it was the perfect spot! We would’ve stayed longer if we needed! The room was nice and tidy. Bed was super comfy. Love that each unit gets a parking spot. Check in and out process was a breeze. Right next to the coast and worth the price! We hope to visit Oregon again and will keep this place on our list of options when we need to come back! Thanks for the stay!!"
