"The property is in need of a refurbishment, particularly the wooden floor.
Quiet grubby, cobwebs and generally in need of a deep clean.
The marketing pictures do not reflect the condition of the property."

"Our hosts were wonderful throughout our stay. Very helpful, kind and friendly. A beautiful location surrounded by farmland animals like sheep, cows, chickens and goats. Highly recommend to anyone. We will hopefully be back to stay in the tents for a big family holiday "

"Highly recommend this excellent property. Very well presented with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Great communication with lovely host. On site parking, walking distance from fabulous beach and restraints. "

"Great little, old quirky cottage in a pleasant village!
Nice and warm, cosy cottage and a well stocked kitchen with tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc to hand. All facilities including dish washer and washing machine if you need it. Host was responsive and helpful too.
On the whole it was very clean, a few things need fixing like tiles outside the back door but it didn’t take away the charm of the place.
We visited the pub and the locals were so friendly! Pity they don’t do food but good for a...

"Fabulous find. Have been staying in Great Yarmouth the last month or so with work but stumbled across this fantastic place, wish I had found it earlier.
Safe parking on site, great communication from the owner as the main door and room door are opened via the keypad on the door handle.
Room spacious, trendy, very clean and the most amazing view across the beaches.
Kitchen well equipped.
Short walk to bars and restaurants, you couldn't ask for much more.
I will return without doubt as a perfect...
