"The property is in need of a refurbishment, particularly the wooden floor.
Quiet grubby, cobwebs and generally in need of a deep clean.

"Great little place in Aldeburgh! The hosts
were very communicative and helpful. The cottage is just as described - small but cozy and very fitting for the area. Aldeburgh is a lovely part of the world that everyone should visit."

"Lovely old cottage and we had a great time. There are a few things guests should be aware of. We didn't realise the opening to the bedroom upstairs was only 4 feet 2 height until after booking. We managed but others might not especially if you need to get up in the night- bathroom is downstairs. As 2 guests have to sleep in the annexe 2 keys to the main front door should be provided rather than having to wait for people in main house to get up. Annexe needs a WiFi booster. Plus a small welcome...
