⛱ Our fabulous two-bedroom🛏🛏, two-bathroom condo with a private pool🛋 and Patio access is located directly on the beach. I want to introduce to you our apartment in Cabarete East. Open beach right in front of you — private poll near your residence on the terrace 100m2. You can get a sunrise view right from the master bedroom daily and an incredibly fantastic ocean view.

⛱ Wake up daily with the early sunrise and relax the whole day on the terrace, watching and listening to the ocean. Our apartment has over 80 m2 square meters terrace with pool , and the total size of the apartment is over 110m2.

In the apartment sleeps up to 6 people and is flexible and suitable for friends and families, with:
⛱ Master bedroom (air-conditioned) - king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with shower
⛱ Second bedroom - queen-sized bed adjoining bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer.
⛱ Sofas in the living room (air-conditioned) can sleep, two additional people
⛱ The kitchen is fully equipped with a blender and toaster.

You can take app. 30-minute walk to the main strip with local bars and restaurants or 3-5 minutes with the car (2,2 km to Janet's Super Market). If you wish to rent a car, the condo has free parking for each apartment.

We can arrange airport pick up and drop off - just let us know in advance. We will have a driver waiting for you with a sign.

Also, we can arrange for you, your friends and family typical Dominican breakfast. Do not hesitate me ask in the message. I will send you a cart you can choose whatever you like to eat, with a cup of coffee and fresh juice. We can prepare breakfast from 1 to 6 people.

Information for Kiteboarders:

Location - Our apartment in the opposite direction of Kitebeach (East - towards La Boca). Cabarete is well known as the Dominican capital of watersports. World-unique wind conditions perfect for riding kite any time of the year.
Catch the wind and launch it from the beach. The waves can be more massive, so this spot we do not recommend for beginners - but competent intermediates will have no trouble. If you can kite upwind, let's go to the La Boca river where you can kite on flat water. Another option is to kite downwind to Kite Beach or Encuentro and take a moto back to the condo. Moto one-way cost app. 70-100 DOP.

Please, note that electricity is costly in DR. Reading of the meter will be done at the check-in and the checkout. Please be considerate and turn off ac when not in the unit.

Regular consumption of 20 KWh per day is included. Excess of this usage is charge at (0.20 USD per KWh).

Dear Guest:
In seeking a better life in the condo, we have prepared some regulations that should be observe: respect, privacy, security, exclusivity to improve and increase our investments in the residential. In short, to make sure our recreation area can be better every day. Here are the details:
1. Not allowed cause noise, have loud music, cause discomfort or activities that disturb the tranquility of the other owners or neighbors, both in apartments and in public areas.
2. Night rest begins at 10 pm, and please accept it. No parties allowed. In case of breaking rule 1.or 2., we will immediately cancel the reservation.
3. Pets are not permitted in Residential Mananero
4. No allow tending or drying clothes, towels, carpets, curtains, etc., in Windows, balustrades, and balconies or allow cleaning of these in the interior parts of the building.
5. Prohibiting the use of glass, container and all kinds of bottles, including coolers in the pool.
6. Banned music and the portable radio in the area of the swimming pool.
7. Wearing clothing other than bathing in the pool is not allowed.
8. An adult must accompany children under 12 in the pool.
9. It is forbidden to jump in the pool.
10. Not allowed to display firearms or otherwise, in platitudes condominium at any time.
11. Inform owner of bringing guests to their apartments through the message. It is not allowed to bring guests in the condo without the consent of the owner.
12. Not allowed to bring white towels from apartments on the beach, in apartments you can find unique beach towels.
13. When you leave your apartment even lock it.
14. Please turn clime and light off when you go away. We try to protect our environment. It has no sense to leave climate turn on when you are not in the apartment, and you leave open windows.
15. For the production of hot water, we use a solar panel, and we do not have heating water connected to the electricity. Please treat it with warm water carefully and do not waste it. Mostly when it is sunny, there is enough hot water 12,00-18,00.
16. Not allowed prostitutes and drugs. After violating this rule, we will be forced to end your stay in our condominium, and we will require financial compensation for breaking the rules.
17. Not allowed to drink water from the water supply.
18. Not allowed tossing toilet paper into the toilet because it causes the pipe to clog. Use the waste bin next to the toilet.
19. We provide toilet paper only for the first days of stay.
20. Drinking water gallon you can find in front of apartment B1 when you finished take a new one.
21. Loosing of remote control, keys, or internet device is charged with amount 100 €.
22. The oven is on gas, use lighter to switch on.
23. Check out is at 10,00 am the day of leave. There is the charge for late checkout 30 USD. Please respect this time, at 10,00 am cleaning lady will come to start cleaning for the next guests. When you want to have, late checkout informs by the owner if it is possible.
24. Always sign out your Netflix account from TV.
25. Safe code is 1234, press 1234 and then press the button on the right with the sign of key. The safe will open. When you have problems contact me, I will show you how to open it, or I will send you video manual
26. Our staff is here for you daily from 9 am - 5 pm. When you need iron, hairdryer, please ask for it our team. We must give in one place because many of them stolen. You can use for beach seats you will find them in front of A1 apartment. Disponible are 2 of them.
