This fully-furnished studio is located in the beachfront community of Ocean One, and is walking distance to all Cabarete entertainment including bars, restaurants, supermarkets, stores, etc.

Standard occupancy is 2 people + 1 kid under 12.

Plaisirs a Cabarete

Séjour d un mois a ce magnifique Condo,le complexe est du genre 5 étoiles,très sécuritaire.Les parterres sont manucures et l'ensemble très propre.La personne qui s:occupe de la chambre est très pro,elle s''occupe aussi de notre linge à laver,ce qui est très pratique.les bars et restaurants sont à ,2 minutes de marche et la nourriture est excellente.Il y a des activités a chacun des soirs.Le condo est quelque mètres de la plage,il y a deux pergolas qui nous protège du soleil.Aussi étant éloigné de la route principale il n'y a aucun bruit de circulations.Bef Cabarete est beaucoup plus chic que Sosua et a recommander sans hésitations.

Fantastic Stay!

Can’t say enough good things about our trip. We were pleasantly surprised about the size of the studio, as well as the pool and beach access/availability. Celia was great and the check-in/check-out process so smooth. The only concern i have about leaving such a positive review is that it might make it harder to book in the future!! 🤣

Good location. No balcony.

This is a good location. Close to the main beach. It has access to the beach-front pool, so you can start your morning comfortably sipping coffee overlooking the beach. However, this unit is over the garages behind the main building. There is no balcony or even good windows. It is best suited for active people who will most of their stay outside of the room.

Situation parfaite

Très belles vacances à deux pas de la plage et à proximité des restaurants et activités. Nous avons mangé un peu partout et jamais nous n'avons été malade. Le studio est spacieux avec accessoires de cuisine adéquats. Il manque un peu de luminosité mais nos journées sous le soleil compensent amplement. Le wifi est rapide et continu. Il y a une bonne patisserie/boulangerie tout près de l'autre côté de la rue qui est bien pratique. L'épicerie chez Janet est à une douzaine de minutes par la plage. Fabio représente pour nous le propriétaire parfait. Il est toujours au bout du fil pour répondre à nos questions.

My stay in Ocean one

The place was beautiful. It was in a good part of town. The pool was awesome. It was right on the beach. The security guards w so polite and helpful. Good place right not the far from the condo. I would definitely stay here again.

FUN BEACH!!

This studio is exactly as shown in the website, nice little charming studio just a step from a beach. The community pool is also very nice. Location is everything, restaurant is also step from the beach. Absolutely recommended.

Ideal Location for Windsurfing and Kiting

I've stayed in a lot of places in Cabarete, and this one has the best combination of features and amenities. It's close to the main beach, but far enough that you don't hear the all-night parties. In fact it's very quiet. It has a nice pool area overlooking the beach. I spent many mornings there, sipping coffee and watching the bay, waiting for the wind to come up. (Hint: When there are 4 kite-foilers blasting across the bay in formation at 50KPH, you have about 90 minutes before the wind is sailable.) The room is comfortable and has a good collection of cooking utensils, pots and pans. As others have noted, the place is fairly dark inside. It doesn't have a balcony or a direct view of the ocean. But it's appropriately priced for the amenities that it has.

Nicely furnished studio, great location

This condo is a great value. Nicely furnished, sufficient kitchen and a very nice bed. My only word of caution would be that the spiral staircase to enter the condo may make this less ideal for people with mobility issues or small children.

Great place

The studio is exactly how it appears in the photos. I spent 7 weeks and found it very comfortable. It was everything I expected. The perfect spot for me. I felt safe and everything is within walking distance....five minutes from the restaurants and bars. The grocery store is about a 15 minute walk away. The pharmacy and bank are also close by. The area is beautiful and ideal for kyte surfers or those who just want a peaceful place to relax. Fabio is a great host. He was very helpful and addressed any issues I had in a timely fashion. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Ocean One and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Fabio and Enrico for making my stay a most enjoyable and memorable one.

Great place, great people

My son and I stayed for 2 weeks in the studio for our windsurfing vacation. First of all, I have to say that the staff here is very friendly and helpful. The studio is very charming and it was just the right size for us, with a super comfy king bed that almost makes you forget that some one else is sleeping on the other side of the bed. They even clean the room twice a week, like in a hotel. Thanks to Celia for just a wonderful job cleaning the room and tips on how to cook sweet plantains (amarillos fritos). I found the kitchen to be a little too small, especially when you plan to cook at least once a day, but I managed (If life gives you lemons make lemonade) and besides, the complex is from walking distance from dozens of good cheap restaurants by the beach and on the main street. The infinity pool is priceless! It's right in front of the beach with a nice breeze where you can relax, watching first row kiters and windsurfers, after a whole afternoon windsurfing/kiting yourself. Not to forget that is also great for kids; not too deep with a security guard guarding the entrance 24 hours. I found Ocean One, and Cabarete in general, very family friendly. If you have young children, Vela Windsurfing Resorts runs a summer camp every day except for Sundays during the summer months. The one thing they need to address is the internet connection. It was slow, especially during the evening. We have friends staying in another complex and they didn't have any issue. Perhaps they need another provider. Also, we didn't spend too much time watching tv, but I feel that the tv needs an upgrade. The quality of the screen resolution was kind of poor, as well as the sound. But then again, who needs a tv when you have such a heavenly pool, and you're in such an awesome beach town. This is a great place and it will be my first choice when we come back to Cabarete, hopefully, sooner than later. I highly recommend it. Cheers, Manuel

Enjoyed my stay.

The room is a bit dark with no patio but still comfortable and clean. Excellent internet. Good for a single or a couple. Great pool right beside the beach.

The small but efficient studio worked for us. Our only complaint was that it was quite dark inside with the combination of small windows and very poor lighting. We had the lampshades off of the 2 bedside lamps. While we were inside during the day we had the door open for more light. It wasn't a huge deal & we made it work

Beautiful Studio, Great Location

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Cabarete with our 4 month old son. The studio is clean, beautiful, and has all of the accommodations one may need with a baby! (Microwave and Water Cooler!!) All of the staff on site was courteous and accommodating and the shared spaces (Pool and Outdoor Patio areas) were well maintained. Not to mention you are 5 steps to the beach, if you are coming for water sports we were able to pump up the kites right out front on the beach. Also just a few minutes walk (on beach or street) to many different restaurants and shops. We can't wait to come back!

Close to everything, but far enough from the street to be quiet. Secure good wifi access easy interaction with Enrico and Celia (managers) Clean reasonable taxi rates/taxi scheduling through Enrico. I'd stay there again.

Very nice 1 bedroom Appartement

We stay there for four weeks and for us it was fantastic. The room was clean and well furnished. The appartement is close to the beach and have a nice infinity pool area with a great view to the perfect beach of cabarete. You can walk to the center of cabarete in 5-10min, but at night it's also a calm place. The communication with the broker was fast and uncomplicated. Thx for the nice holidays!

Kitesurfing in Paradise

We had an amazing time in Cabarete! The apartment was perfect, from the moment we arrived until the last day. The location is fantastic, you are able to walk to all the restaurants and pubs in town within five minutes. Wind picks up, you are on the beach in seconds! The complex is beautiful, quiet, and very secure. The people working at Ocean One are very professional and wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend this unit for a couple seeking an exciting holiday at the beach. Can't wait to go back!
