"We loved our stay at this Springhill. We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again."

"Stayed here before so was not expecting to have negative experience, however this stay was different. Upon arrival I was added to the wrong room type. My key cards constantly stopped working each day leaving and my room was not cleaned even upon asking staff and a housekeeper. Customer service was also not great upon voicing concerns staff made me feel like they had no knowledge of what went wrong no accountability and made me feel like it was something i did wrong. "It was the little things in the hotel, toilet ran endlessly, you could see where a drape was supposed to be so the security light right outside our window blasted through the curtain that was there, someone needs to clean the parking lot, especially the huge gravel area. Oh and maybe have someone run off the large number of individuals trying to sell me stuff in broad daylight Nextdoor at the gas station."

"There is no fitness center, and even though Expedia says you have free access to a nearby gym, you do not. The staff, for the most part, was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was nice. When we arrived, the AC was not on in the room, and it was very hot. After a few hours of the AC on the coldest level, it cooled off in the room.
