"Hotel is dated but clean and the grounds are beautiful, as is the ocean view. Staff speak hardly any English so you need a translation app if staying here. Expedia led us to believe there were restaurants on site but this is not the case, so you need to walk into town (2km) or take taxis (very reasonable prices) as the hotel is quite remote. Staying during a typhoon is not to be recommended - the staff were not happy that we wanted to sit in the lobby lounge when it was too wet to go outside and...

"loved this place!! The hotel, the delicious breakfast, and the views were all amazing. The room had everything we needed, including heated floors that helped keep us cozy given the cold weather. I’d completely recommend it as the price per night is also pretty accessible.
Beds are very firm, so keep that in mind!"

"Much older and dated hotel than I expected. They have portable air freshener units through the hotel that have a very strong "bath and bodywork's scented smell" that made me feel very ill. The room was tiny with very old reusable slippers. Our rooms balcony faced a school and the area was very noisy. I had booked this hotel for 3 nights but had to leave after the first night. "The room was very clean, the bed terrific and the view from the balcony just great. Front desk and cleaning staff were very courteous and helpful. We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed our time at Hotel Pino and on Jeju enormously.
Parking was easy and plentiful.
Having on-site laundry, however, for our length of stay would have been a plus."

While the facility is a bit dated, overall everything was functional and clean. For the price we paid, there were no complaints. The rooms were large and had a nice view.
Would return on our next trip."

On-site parking was available, and clear instructions were also provided for alternative parking in case no spaces were available. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quite spacious. "The view from the “penthouse” is absolutely spectacular. The space isn’t fancy and could do with some minor updates, but it is clean and spacious. You need to walk up one flight of stairs with your luggage, which could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. If you’re able to manage the stairs, it is convenient enough. Frankly, it’s worth it just for the huge windows overlooking the harbour and the island."
