"ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC.
The hotel has a perfect location, close to the market, supermarket, spa, gym… and a 7-minute walk from the Old Town.
The rooms are incredibly clean and well-equipped with modern amenities, and the bathrooms are clean and spacious.
The owner gave excellent suggestions that you should definitely consider. We regret that our stay was too short and we were very satisfied with everything. We will return soon."

"Amazing property. Vincent and his family that run it are very helpful. He contacted us on what's app a few days before and got us very well priced transit from the airport. He has lots of recommendations for the area. They do laundry on site, the property is clean and well cared for and they are always there for anything you need. A short walk to all the attractions. This was the best stay in a long time. "

"The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the room was large and roomy, the ammenities plentiful and the beds super comfy! Location wise this place was perfect, an easy walk into the markets yet quiet enough to allow us peace from the hustle and bustle. We were honestly so impressed and feel this place is massively underrated and understated. We were so happy with our stay and will be recommending to everyone planning a trip to Hoi An. "

"We had a no-window room on the first floor for 3 nights. It was the most beautiful room we've stayed in. The lighting and the wood details in the room were so beautiful! Everything was very clean, the water in the shower was hot and had good pressure. The separate shower was a big plus. Everything worked well in the room.
All the member of staff were so lovely, we had such a great stay here. Would love to come here again!"

"Sehr schöne und liebevoll geführte Unterkunft. Es handelt sich um ein großes Haus mit unterschiedlichen Zimmern. Wir hatte ein Zimmer in der oberen Etage mit Balkon und Ausblick über die Stadt. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und bietet alles was man braucht. Die Eigentümer kümmern sich auch sehr liebevoll um einen. Es werden Touren, Transferns und Rollerverleih angeboten. Fahrräder kann man kostenlos leihen. "

"Checkin was great, staff here is fantastic, the breakfast was cooked to order and perfect for a quick bite, the room was very clean as the rest of the villa, you get to share the living room with other tenants on your floor….the only bad things were the bathroom should have a screen so mosquito can’t get in and the room could use a fresh coat of paint on the wall due to paint be chip off from the head boards of the bed and some foot smudges, the pillows and bed sheets are very clean, got a great...
