"These units were perfect for our friends and family. Loved the two kitchens and multiple baths. Both units are updated and decorated just precious as can be. With our group we had lot's of outdoor space under the patio with great seating options. We would not hesitate coming back. We visited the lake several times as it's just a few minutes away to view gorgeous sunsets. "

"We loved it. Very organized, the house had everything, gas grill, charcoal grill, firepit it even had all the wood in the pit all er had to do is just throw a match. Honestly nothing to complain about house was very clean inside and out, we felt very comfortable and safe after a long day at the lake. "

"We were in a town for a weekend of softball tournaments, we booked here because hotel rooms were double their usual price. It actually turned out to be better in the long run we had 2 bathrooms and plenty of space. The host was very informative and friendly and provided all the information we needed. We did not have any issues. We will definitely book this place again when return to College Station for tournaments. "

"This was our second stay at this property. It's hard to find a place that accepts cats and the host was very accommodating on that front. The house was comfortable and is just a short drive from downtown Bryan, but getting to the University was pretty quick too. The neighborhood is quiet, and well off the main roads without being isolated. We enjoyed our stay. We'd definitely stay her again. "

"We had 1 infant and 14 adults in town for a Fighting Texas Aggie graduation on 5/17/25 and we all stayed at Whoop Acres. Communication prior to arrival, was great with the property manager and Fred, the owner. They were very accommodating and check in was extremely simple with the detailed instructions. The house had everything we needed and provided a big place for all of us to gather after graduation. Great memories were made. Whoop Acres is an excellent place to stay!"

"We needed an affordable place to stay while I attended a statewide weaving conference. It was close to the location, comfortable for my husband while I was busy and very close to lots of great restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and the efficiency suited our needs very nicely. "

"My family and I really enjoyed this property! It was everything and more! If I had a problem the hosts responded with urgency! The house was clean and the well kept! "The written description is accurate, however the picture painted loses some luster in reality. It is an older neighborhood with a wide range of care given to surrounding houses. While the house does sleep 12, that is utilizing every couch and futon and rollaway bed. The bathrooms have the necessary pieces, but are very small. "
