With our group we had lot's of outdoor space under the patio with great seating options. We would not hesitate coming back. We visited the lake several times as it's just a few minutes away to view gorgeous sunsets. "

"We stayed because it was close to the state park. Everything was clean and as advertised. It had outside games for kids but the weather did not cooperate. Checkin/out was easy. "

"The property is pretty private and about 5 mins from the water and 5 mins from a Dollar General. The pool wasn’t very clean but the property and house were fine. The gas grill in the pictures is no longer there - it’s a smaller charcoal pit. And the pool net in the same picture is no longer there. "

"We had a softball tournament in Brenham and decided to make a weekend out of it with the family and our Frenchie. Place was small but perfect, communication was outstanding. There were a few crumbs on the kitchen table but otherwise very clean. I would stay here again. "
