Must see to truely appreciate this gem located on Coralville Lake and Mac Bride. Enjoy a peaceful stay at this adorable 3600 sq.ft 3-bedroom house in Solon. Bedroom one features a king bed and a twin sized day bed with a twin sized trundle, attached master bath with a shower and jetted bathtub. Bedroom two features two queen beds and attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom three features two sets of twin bunk beds, just down the hall from the bathroom. Ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for all guests. Three twin roll aways beds can be requested (prior to arrival) adding two sleeping spaces in bedroom one and one additional space in bedroom three. With a well-equipped kitchen and ample dinning seats for everyone this home is perfect for hosting a family gathering, birthday party or just a relaxing weekend away. Enjoy a quiet night around the firepit and play yard games. The basement rec area is the perfect place to gather, watch a game, shoot pool or play games. Right in the heart of the corridor you are a short driving distance to Iowa City ( Go Hawks ), Cedar Rapids, North Liberty or Mount Vernon. We are just minutes to MacBride State Park where you can relax on the beach, rent a pontoon, kayaks or paddle boat. Need for speed? Coralville Lake has jet ski rentals and pontoon rentals. Beautiful Home Perfect for Our Bachelorette Party!

We had the most amazing stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our group of 15. We were welcomed with music playing, a thoughtful gift basket with s’mores, and a sweet note congratulating the bride, such a personal and heartwarming touch!The home was stocked with everything we needed, plenty of utensils, games, and space to spread out and relax. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and even brought us extra ice when we needed it.Every detail was above and beyond. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and memorable getaway!

This property is absolutely amazing! We couldn't recommend it enough! The home is beautiful! Every room is gorgeous! And the host has put so much thought into every need of the guests staying there! We had a large group of friends coming together for the weekend, and everyone was just blown away by how amazing this place is. We will 100% be coming back to this property for future get togethers
There's plenty of space for parking
The fire pit area was one of our favorite ways to end the night
There's a little path behind the house that leads to a beautiful lake. We took an evening swim and it was amazing!
The living room was so big and cozy. But so is the whole house. We never felt cramped despite there being a lot of us.

Beautiful property. House was perfect, spacious and very well stocked! Internet was spotty that was the only downfall. Otherwise great place to get our work done and have some fun! Location very close to lots of great places!

Great Experience

Great overal stay. The house is more than big enough with plenty of things to do inside and outside the property. They furnished all the small things that you would overlook to pack to make your stay much more convenient. Looking forward to our next trip to Iowa and would want to stay here again

We rented this property for a large group, and we were beyond impressed with everything. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of amenities. It's in a great location on Coralville Lake, and is a short journey to Lake MacBride. Next time we're in the area, I'll be looking for this place again.

Best Rental

This was the best rental we've ever stayed at. Been staying at rental properties for well over a decade and this was the best of the bunch. Photos and listing are extremely accurate and they are actually well stocked with what they list. First rental I've seen have extra crib sheets for a pack n play, plethora of paper towels, Tupperware for leftovers, bug spray and sun screen .... the list goes on. They even had a spare propane tank which we used when the gas fireplace ran out making smores with the kids. Will look to stay here in the future anytime we're back in the Iowa City area!

Best Rental Yet!

The listing does not do this property justice! Great space and rooms. Lovely wooded and grass areas. The owners definitely went the extra mile in everyway. Communication was friendly and accurate! Will definitely be booming again and again! Every guest would agree that it was an above and beyond property!

Sisters on the Mat Wrestling Team
