"Hotel was not how the pictures portrayed it to be. Booked a double and received two single beds, they were not able to accommodate a double on request. Staff were friendly. Location was good."

"Exactly as pictured and described. Email communication made the whole check in and out process super easy. There is an elevator for those who do not like the circular stairs. I do not think that the building is accessible for those who use a wheelchair. There are stairs without a ramp to get to the entrance of the building. Having a washing machine in the bathroom for laundry is a massive bonus, and it was the reason that I chose this hotel."

"This property was very disappointing to say the least. Firstly we were given the wrong key to our room twice which meant we had to come down from the top floor with the worst and slowest lifts I have ever travelled in.
The rooms are very small and bed was very uncomfortable to the point that I had to sleep on the sofa which we found more comfortable to sleep in. The hot water in the shower was only Luke warm and shower recess very small."

"I have stayed I this hotel many times, always booking direct with Forenom.
The booking page clearly showed images of the usual room I have which comes with a nice bathroom and a kitchenette.
On this occasion my incoming flight was delayed by 2 hours so I arrived at the hotel 1am. When I finally found the room (note the numbering order in this section of the hotel is confusing 50% of rooms in one sequential order and another section in reverse).
Upon arrival I found the room was a basic...
