  • A las afueras del popular destino vacacional de Sóller, en el corazón de la isla, la Casa Catalina os ofrece una fantástica azotea con vistas panorámicas a la sierra de Tramuntana. El alojamiento dispone de un acogedor salón con vigas de madera, cocina bien equipada, un dormitorio y un baño, con capacidad para 2 personas. También cuenta con Wi-Fi, aire acondicionado y TV. Si lo solicitáis con antelación, hay cuna y trona disponibles. En el exterior encontraréis un jardín con una pequeña terraza rodeada de naranjos y limoneros, así como una azotea cubierta con barbacoa y vistas impresionantes a las montañas. Disfrutad de noches románticas bajo el cielo estrellado y terminad el día con una copa de vino. Tiendas, restaurantes, bares y cafeterías están a 400 metros, y el centro de Sóller se encuentra a 13 minutos a pie. La playa de Port de Sóller está a unos 10 minutos en coche.



    Hay aparcamiento en la propiedad. Los taxis no pueden llegar hasta la casa debido a que la carretera es estrecha y empinada; sin embargo, la distancia desde la carretera hasta la vivienda es corta.



    Se trata de un alojamiento de autoservicio. Se proporcionan sábanas, toallas de baño, papel higiénico a la llegada y otros artículos básicos. Tras agotar lo suministrado, vosotros debéis adquirir vuestros propios productos. Por motivos de higiene, no se dejan restos de comida en la propiedad.

Das kleine Haus ist ausgesprochen liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sensationell mit einem tollen Blick über das Tal. Allerdings darf man für die Zufahrt wirklich nur ein kleines Auto haben und sollte kein Fahranfänger sein. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen!

We spent a week in this fabulous house and loved everything about it! But let’s be honest: what makes the experience so unique is the VIEW!!!! The place makes you feel miles away from the rest of the world, yet you are 5 minutes away from all services, and 10 minutes from the beach. Can’t ask for anything more!Perfect place to stay in Sollèr.

Great location in a beautiful town.

Pros: Host was very friendly and helpful. The balcony and views were amazing Cons: The drive up the hill was a little tight but it did get easier and if we had a smaller car it may have been easier still

We didn’t want to risk scratching or crashing our hire car. Would advise other guests to park car on the main road and walk up. You do need to be reasonably fit to stay here!

Beautiful house surrounded by fruit trees

We couldn’t believe the amount of outdoor space at this little house! The house has three large patios/terraces with breathtaking views of the mountains and some fruit trees! This house has one of the best equipped kitchens of a holiday home we have stayed in. The knives were sharp, there was an outdoor grill and they had left a juicer for us to make juice with the fruit from the garden, wonderful! The house is up a short but steep hill, walking up with shopping and suitcases was a little more challenging but worth it for the tranquility and views. Finally, the aircon was very good and had clear communication with the host.

Incredible Getaway

My wife and I loved this place! The photos in the listing don’t do the view justice. It is truly breathtaking. The location is great too. Very secluded yet still walking distance into town and to any stores you need. Mallorca Born Properties was extremely helpful with the entire process and answering any questions we had. We only had one thing we had to ask for while there (a lighter for the gas stove), and they had it delivered to us in minutes after a quick message. Very impressed. One thing to be mindful of is that the driveway to the parking is quite steep and narrow at a couple spots. We rented a compact SUV (Toyota Yaris Cross) and had no issues, but any larger vehicle may struggle with it, so keep that in mind. But the parking lot is gated and the area felt very safe. We’re from Canada but hope to be back eventually!

Eine Finca zum Wohlfühlen !

Unser super Urlaub wurde von der herrlichen Finca abgerundet ! Das Zentrum ist schnell errreichbar, die Aussicht auf der Terrasse ist besonders erwähnenswert, da lohnt sich der Auf-und Abstieg ! Das Quartier hat alle notwendigen Utensilien, sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber, eine Finca zum Wohlfühen !

Pros: die Lage, man muss aber gerne sportlich unterwegs sein ohne Auto. Wir fanden es toll! Cons: für uns alles super!!!

Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus und der phantastische Blick von der Terrasse lassen die etwas kompl

Pros: Betreuung, Blick über Soller, Garten mit Apfelsinen und Zitronen zum Selberpflücken, viel Platz für zwei Personen , liebevolle detailreiche Einrichtung……..und eine Flasche Cava zur Begrüßung….. Cons: Enge und steile Zufahrt, der beschriebene Parkplatz „auf dem Grundstück“ ist ca. 50 m entfernt bei steilem Aufstieg/Abstieg.

Afslappende og behageligt sted.

Pros: Udsigten over byen og bjergene var fantastisk. Tæt på restauranter, vandreruter og relativt tæt på strand. Cons: Foreslå lejere at parkere ved hovedvejen og gå op da vejen er meget smal og man kan risikere at skulle bakke ned, hvis man møder en bil på vej op.

Pros: Frisch gepresster Orangensaft in traumhafter Lage! Cons: 40 EURO für die späte Ankunft (1/2 Stunde nach dem vom Anbieter angegebenen spätesten Zeitpunkt) ist sehr viel und es war vorher nicht klar, dass eine solche Gebühr erhoben wird!
